Was really impressed with Alliance Plumbing when I first reached out to them to fix a water pipe leak. Their plumber, Mike Kraus, arrived in less than an hour of calling and had the repair done in no time. Clean and prompt service by a very personable and professional plumber and at a very reasonable cost, I was really impressed and decided Alliance would be my “plumbing service of choice”! Just had another pipe repair done - a matter of a few hours between discovering it and having it repaired with Mike Kraus once again providing the same professional service and once again at a reasonable cost despite being a Saturday night call-out. Having used a few other plumbing companies previously, I’m so glad I’ve finally found a reliable service company and plumber! Thank you Alliance Plumbing and Mike!

These people are angels, from Lisa in the office to the boys Rob and his apprentice that came out to fix our pipes. We have been given the runaround from our insurance company and have been without proper running water since the beginning of summer. We had asked the insurance company,(Aviva, in case anyone knows where not to go) to have people come out multiple times, and they kept delaying it and twisting things and then saying that they wouldn’t pay for the type of pipes that we have when they insure everyone else with those pipes. I am disabled and my husband is the only one working at this time, and when my husband explained our situation to Lisa, the angel, she said that they would help us and they did. And in the short as possible time I’ve ever seen plumbers work. They were efficient, professional, courteous, and kind, and I am actually surprised, but very grateful. Usually when people say they’re going to help us, they don’t, I can’t express my gratitude enough. I hope that this is the busiest plumbing company in the country because they deserve the recognition for what they do for other people when they are struggling. The are amazing.

Terrible, terrible experience for me. I received their name as a referral from a home inspector I know. I needed a zone valve replaced in my condo rental unit. A guy came out the first time to see what he needed and then we scheduled an appointment the next day to put the valve in. He cancelled on me. Then a number of weeks went by with no contact (they were away or something)...Then we scheduled again and he showed up with the wrong valve as he had forgotten which one it was and/or someone took it off the shelf. He took a picture and we rescheduled again and I waited for 3 hours as he could not give an exact time and he never showed up again. When I called he said he was certain he had texted me. Next step was another rescheduled appointment in a few days, AGAIN, he no showed. I then got in touch with the owner who appologized as they have had some staffing issues with dispatch etc. He said he would call me back, put another guy on the job, and give a good price. I never heard back from these guys. Months later, tonnes of wasted time, I am starting over with someone else. Because this was a referral from a friend I gave them every chance to make things right. I cannot recommend these guys based on my terrible experience.
