Lack of professionalism and lack of skills.They even had to come back twice.The problem was never fixed but we still had to pay.We called them to fix our Air Exchange unit as it wasn't recycling the air inside it kept pushing air out and in. Patrice came with another fellow and they didn't know what they were doing at all, they took a long time and seemed moody and fed-up, they just didn't seem to want to work... They obviously didn't know how to fix the issue and when they left, our Air Purifier was in a worst state than before.They could've admitted that they didn't know how to fix the issue and could've asked us to call another professional, but instead they took short-cuts and ruined other features and options that were working just fine before they came.They left so quickly I had to run to his truck before they left, I challenged him at the end to tell him that it's still not working well...he said: Oh it's normal that it's not working well...it's always gonna be like that..."Extremely Disappointed at their bad service and lack of skills I just let them go away... I didn't even complain

ils sont venus, dans un premier temps, faire l'estimation et la faisabilité de l'installation. Ils nous ont suggéré un produit qui répondait entièrement à nos besoins. La journée de l'installation, ils sont arrivés à l'heure dite et ont tout installé sans problème. Après les travaux, ils ont tout nettoyés à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Ils ont une attitude professionnelle et respectueuse. Ils sont disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Ils font un travail de qualité et nous n'hésiterons pas un instant à les recommander à nos parents et amis.
