Pella Windows & Doors of Calgary

Excellent service! I contacted them regarding an issue I had with a door we bought from them 20 years ago. They sent someone to fix it in a promptly manner. I knew I would need to pay for the service but I appreciated that it was someone who knew about Pella Doors.

We just had a large window unit replaced and could not have been happier with the service, install and product we received from Pella Western Canada. Graham our sales rep was able to answer all of our many questions and provide us with outstanding service. Peter did our install and we felt very confident with his attention to detail, he went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. We would highly recommend Pella to anyone and are just about to place a second order for more windows.

Excellent from beginning to end. Lauren was not pushy and made us feel very comfortable. She informed us that she was there to guide us and answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. Installation was effortless and the installers cleaned up after themselves. Hassle free! Highly recommend Pella!

We needed to repair windows in our new home as ours were showing water damage and beginning to crack and could not of been happier with our experience with Pella. We were very fortunate to get an excellent deal due to Covid19 discounts and the quality of windows were immediately evident as we were hit with a heat wave post installation and our house had never been cooler, very excited to see to the benefits during the winter. The service and installation was excellent, they treated us like family.

Lady's at the office (A & B) were very helpful, not only in understanding my concern but also in getting it resolved. Seems to be a reasonably good product. Not sure why I'm having this difficulty but service teck's hopefully have resolved the issue. I'll know for sure during the next cold snap and see if the lock freezes up again. Service teck's went above and beyond in getting to my house in short notice. All things considered 9 out of 10.

I really wanted to have Pella windows because of all the reviews I read. Yes they are higher price than some of the other local companies but I absolutely love that they came painted from the factory and we didn't have to paint them ourselves.

Excellent service! Windows arrived quickly and in good condition. The installation was easy, fast and very professional. This is the second time we’ve used Pella for our windows and we will use them again in the future for sure! These are the best quality windows and the most functional. They did a great job at measuring our replacement windows and making suggestions at the best types of windows for the space and functionality.

Glenn Anderson was an awesome resource for our Pella Window and Door replacement.He helped us on our ordering process and spent a lot of time describing the installation. The installer crew of Nathaniel ,Garrett and Brett were excellent…very professional, timely, and did a great job installing our new windows and doors.

We interviewed three top window companies in Calgary when we chose our windows in 2015 and Pella had the best choice, quality, and excellent reputation with the BBB. We found that their installation staff was prompt and did a very good job, and Graham, our sales representative was excellent. There was a problem with our picture window after installation which Pella replaced without problem.We are now upgrading more of our windows and have chosen Pella again. We have found that the product is excellent, the price is fair based on the quality, the warranty is very good, and the staff are professional.

We had Pella windows installed in our dining and living room areas along with a front door and two sidelights. The Pella representative who took the pre-installation measurements for these products got the measurements incorrect three times. This resulted in on our finding out the day of scheduled installation that the wrong size products had been ordered and we would have to reschedule. Once the products were installed issues soon became evident. Issues such as frosting and ice appearing on the interior of the windows (though not on the legacy builder windows that had not been replaced), frosting on the interior of the front entrance way. Bowing on the exterior jambliner of the dining room frame. These issues were looked at during warranty band aid solutions were applied (ie recaulking around interior of window casing, reapplication of weather stripping prematurely worn due to any unevenly installed sill on the front entrance. Pella service has been reliably unreliable and irresponsible. Increasingly bizarre excuses found for the poor performance of the products. I would highly recommend against using Pella Calgary
