They own the whole location between Avenue Road and Yonge street on St. Claire.The prices are ridiculously high.

WARNING: Scam! Do not park here. When you buy parking online they don’t state that you cannot leave the lot and re-enter. After you pay there is a small print saying that. Basically if you buy a couple of days and leave for activities you cannot come back to park it even though you’ve paid for many more days. You’ll need to contact your credit card company and reverse the card transaction.

Do not under any circumstances park here unless you absolutely have to. I parked here for a total of 20 hours from 3 pm to 11 am, and it cost me over $70. The posted prices made it seem like I’d be charged closer to $40. It would have been less expensive to go with the valet parking at the hotel I was staying in. Completely ridiculous.

Entered the Commerce Court lot at 5:15AM, left at noon, and was charged $43. Even for downtown Toronto, that's completely insane. And you'd have to be insane, or too rich to care, to park here. Despite its convenient location, I never will again. The cost is insulting.

For me, it was initially bad as I was forced to park here rather than use the hotel's. However, it turned out OK. I paid 46 CAD for parking from 5 pm Fri to about noon Sun. That was a great price compared to what I was expecting. In addition, I was able to charge my car up to 100% . All in all for me it was a good experience. If you book online, you get 10% off. I did not, but it was still a great rate for me.

Do not park here. It is the most expensive parking lot I’ve ever encountered in Toronto. Went to this parking lot to avoid the hotel valet cost to only spend more here. The pricing structure is not clear. Came to the parking around 15:00 and left the next day around 10:30 total came to $76 for less than 24hrs.

Parking slip didn’t read, was basically accused of faking it in order to not have to pay, without irony. Was told to “take a walk” because I didn’t want to provide my phone number. Avoid this place at any cost.
