Devon and Lucas showed up a few minutes early and were very friendly and professional. They inspected a part of the chimney that was bulging in one of my rooms and reassured me that unless it changed, I didn't have to worry about it, especially since the inside of the chimney didn't display any warping. Great experience, and I'll definitely be calling on Baker Chimney again in 4 or 5 years for another inspection.

Don't waste your time. Scheduled all the way back in August for a cleaning in late November. They were a couple hours late for the appointment and I had to leave, so I had to reschedule. Never showed up for the rescheduled appointments.

Chris is awesome. Came out to my home (way out of his usual area) and quoted out the work I needed. He was punctual, polite, efficient. When he came to complete the work he was again punctual, polite, efficient and he came in under his original estimate. Recommend to anyone and everyone. Great work.

Don't waste your time. Schedule a cleaning a month out and he never showed up. Multiple calls to his answering service and no call back/no explanation...just an offer by the answering service to schedule another appointment 2 months out. No thanks. Call Lake Region Chimney Service...he was responsive, on time and professional.
