Finally, a great repair company! We Care Appliance won’t disappoint you. I am so glad I found them. From the first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. They were accommodating with the schedule and very timely…and dependable! In this day and age it is so rare to find someone who actually shows up. Roger, the owner, was great. Not only did he do an excellent job with my appliances and know exactly the issues were, he was highly knowledgeable on all subjects related to appliances, as well as informative. He gave me a great deal of useful and valuable information that will save my appliances, and will save me money in the future. I do not recommend places of business lightly, but I recommend We Care Appliance because I know for sure you will be satisfied and happy!

Roger arrived earlier than expected (which I was informed about via text, call and website link which has an accurate tracking feature); understood my problem immediately; explained in a comprehensive way what the precise problem was then fixed it quickly & efficiently for far less money than I anticipated paying. I called and spoke with Roger. He was able to come out the same day and promptly fix the issue (from start to finish it probably took him about 20 minutes). He was also very knowledgeable and professional and willing to answer other questions I had about appliances in general. He's a great communicator and has outstanding customer service. I would use this business again and recommend it to anyone needing appliance repair!

My property management company contracted We Care to come out and help get our stove, fridge, washer, and dryer up to working order for the house we just rented, and they were WONDERFUL. I will be recommending him to all my friends and giving him a call for all my future appliance repair needs.He was prompt, fitting me in on short notice when my dryer was not working, he explained what he thought the issue was and what he was doing to check, and made sure I understood the different possibilities along the way. He also came prepared with possible repair parts and was able to repair on the spot!As a woman, technical people often talk to me like I’m an idiot and can try to take advantage of me to make unnecessary repairs / replacements.
