Week 2 of no dryer after being told it would be 2 days. Office staff is incompetent, maintenance is over worked and high or just doesn't care. Ghetto park. Loud tenants. (Constant music blaring, so many trailers near each other you literally can hear your neighbors doors slams and loud thuds all day that vibrate your paper thin walls) Shootings. Fires. Can't wait till my lease is up or hopefully someone shoots my windows too so I can break it with probable cause

today my sister and i went in to look at a trailer, staff was very nice we had complications of a misplaced key but they got it fixed pretty quick. it was a beautiful home and we were very excited. shelby who did our tour was very nice and answered all the questions we had. when we got home i realized my purse and and my sisters wallet were stolen out of our car. i didn’t really expect it to happen because it was in broad daylight but i guess people don’t care and just wanna steal.

Don’t Move here unless you want cockroaches in your trailer!!! Just moved in and this is what you get for paying a huge amount for rent in a dumpy park where they don’t enforce anything! They will have you move in to infested homes and don’t care! Then not answer the phones and try to hold your security deposit!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!! Save yourself the headache!! RUN FROM HERE!!

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FOR THE PAST YEAR! Since we got new management over this past year this place & office staff have been a joke ! Nothing but shootings, lazy maintenance, money hungry, don’t answer phones, send court papers on the 2&3rd day of the month, charge you legal fees, increased trash pick up $14 shed rental $50 now you have to pay sewage fee … every year their adding or increasing the fees when you have nasty neighbors shed should already be included with the lease doesn't come with a new washer & dryer like other mobile home places SHOOTINGS !!! Literally 4 tailors down got shoot up every other day it’s a shooting it’s ridiculous here ! Police harassing u at the entrance. Kids all in the street and breaking into homes this will be my last year here been here since 2021 They need better office people & security back !

Nice looking park to live at that has a club house and pool.Visited another friend there this time and we were able to see more of the establishment. It looks like a lot of new moving homes are being delivered.

Hole in wall from wind damage still not repaired, leaking sink (no one has even come to check it for weeks now), washing machine turns off and cannot wash clothing whenever I need to do so, and now the microwave is making a weird buzzing noise... will update my review should management here actually decide to do somthing. Have a wonderful everyone, hope this review helps.

Trouble comes from this park !!I'd like to thank these fools for bringing the ghetto into our nice Country Town. I'm guessing they do not do background checks before they take on new residents. The residents of this park cause trouble all over our town speeding down our roads cutting people off causing trouble at stores and gas stations I am starting a petition to have this part shut down

I absolutely love living here! The neighbors are so friendly and it’s easy to feel comfortable here. The staff is amazing, they have the fastest and most consistent maintenance services I have ever received in housing. I feel safe to enjoy the park and I always see a security on patrol at night. I’ve had a lot of questions and Ella Lyles always puts me at ease for whatever I need! I had heard it was a great place to move because of the new management and upgrades. This place has completely transformed to a beautiful neighborhood and I definitely won’t be leaving here anytime soon.

Shane in the office has to be one of the most absolute RUDEST people I've ever dealt with! So unprofessional!!
