This pharmacy has great professional staff. As a pharmacy assistant myself, they are doing a great job managing workflow. Rose the pharmacy manager is very good at talking you through everything and helping. Here’s the thing. Sheri the pharmacist is has zero people skills and sits behind a counter with no patient care of medication. If she is working, i wont talk to her and get things filled at another shoppers. The relief pharmacists that are working are beyond horrible. Very rude, don’t know how to use Healthwatch correctly and says something is not logged but i can clearly see it is on the pharmacy app. Please have regular staff to maintain a patient relationship. The relief pharmacists are clueless and have no clue whats going on. This is not roses fault. Neil is running 3 pharmacies and is busy. I get it. But staff your pharmacy with regular pharmacists. The most unprofessional pharmaceutical team I’ve ever met. Refusing to refill a prescription because they feelI shouldn’t be taking a prescribed medication from my own doctor. Then proceeding to tell me they’ll only resend the refill with notes that my doctor will take me off it and that I need to pay an additional 15$ to have themIssue me a few days worth of pills to get me to the appointment. Unbelievable. I’ll be moving pharmacy and making sure any and all family and friends I have do as well.

The customer service is at its worst. The cashier (lady with specs) was rude. The Assistant Manager Dan has lacking of knowledge. The store sold 2 counterfeit Amazon gift cards ($200) and was not taking any responsibility or ownership. Rude behaviour.

As noted by other customers giving 1 star reviews, the customer service at this location is nothing short of pathetic. My husband was released from hospital yesterday after a serious cardiac episode and I stopped in the get his 5 prescriptions filled. The pharmacist assistant mentioned very rudely that 1 of the 5 was “just not available” with no other explanation as to what our options might be and that he would have to go back to see his cardiologist to inquire about an alternative. When I came back 3 hours later to pick up the remaining 4 medications another pharmacist assistant rang 3 of them through. When I asked about the 4th one she didn’t know what I was talking about insisting that there was only 3 to be filled. I corrected her and when she looked it up, it had been missed entirely! I repeat…HEART MEDICATION for someone that was released from the hospital only a few hours ago!I personally stopped having my prescriptions filled (& shopping for cosmetics and other needs) at this location years ago due to rude and unprofessional staff throughout the store. My husband will be having his prescriptions transferred elsewhere (not SDM) effective immediately.

Some people just don't belong to in a customer service area. This shopers drug mart employee (she wears glasses) and covered her name so that I can't get her name told to me leave the place or else she would call a police just because I asked the validity of the return policy she provided me. Never had this kind of experience in my life. She was very rude and unprofessional. I can't believe shopers have this kind of employee. It is normally my favorite place to get few things but she definitely changed my mind.

I went to pharmacy for get my regular flue medicine. am having really bad running nose. My doctor send me the prescription details to my mail because the Dr gave me first week of tablets if the tablets does not work u can take this nose spray prescription so he send it to my mail. so I showed to the pharmacist my prescription I explained to the pharmacist who is “Rutvik” but he denied he said that he can’t give medicine. then I’ve asked him can u request the medicine from our Dr. he said that he can’t do. am regular customer and in past I’ve got medication from print out prescriptions. one time the pharmacist requested my prescription from our Dr and the gave the medicine. Big sing says New your pharmacist can write u prescription but this pharmacist he doesn’t want put afford or no care. hw came he is here to do this job.

I have been shopping at this location for many many years, and I noticed that the cosmetic section has such an enormous turnaround, but when we shop for products and spend over $300 and get a little tiny tube as a sample from the actual manager that’s just ridiculous. The only two ladies that work there Marsia and Farah it’s a shame they’re no longer there. They were amazing they were knowledgeable, polite, caring, and now they’ve moved to Salem and Taunton Road. And it’s unfortunate that I have to travel that far to get my products. Hopefully the store will hire people that know how to treat customers and not be so rude and judge mental.

So i got 3 kinds of sinus tablets packages and wanted to take 2 of them. 2 of them was not labelled properly on the shelf with the prices. I took all 3 packets to the counter and asked if prices can be checked before i could decide. The big lad with hair braids told me to go check on the price checker. Are you kidding me? Why should I run around checking for prices like a headless chicken when its your job to ensures prices are displayed properly on the shelf. I refused to go check myself and said to check it right there and the cashier started lecturing me it will take a lot of his efforts to scan and void if I decided otherwise. Which was unbelievable and didn’t expect. Why are you even a cashier then? I am right there standing, you have the scanner why should I go back to price checker. Fix it Shoppers! Be better at helping customers

The employees here are racist and like to run out to the parking lot and accuse their customers of stealing. Upon seeing the receipt they feel stupid yet fail to apologize?? Such unacceptable behaviour. I would never recommend this location to anyone unless you want to get harassed and accused of stealing.
