Was not a good experience tonight . Ordered Poutine while we waited for hour for 2 pizzas poutine never came one pizza was wrong and overcooked extremely dissatisfied didnt even get napkins . Know it was chase the ace but need more staff or stop taking phone in orders and concentrate service to people there dont think ill go back unfortunately

Had a issue with gift card, received as a gift . When we tried to pay with it card had no value. This for sure was their error. The right thing to do was honour the card but manager didn't suggest this. Left a bad taste in our mouths....excuse the pun!

My sister and I stayed at the Richer Inn on our way out West and just came here again on our way back to Ontario. After reading the reviews for the restaurant, we decided to try it out and decided on the pizza and jalapeño & cheddar slammers. From the beginning, things did not go well. We showed up just after 8:30 pm to check in and order our takeout and the guy told us the pizza would take an hour and that they close at 9:30pm, which appeared as an attempt to prevent us from ordering. One of the female workers corrected him and said it would only be 30 minutes for the order. After picking up our food, we were again disappointed. First off, no where did I see it say the pizza was thin crust. Secondly, the guy had rung the toppings in on one of the pizzas incorrectly, and we received bacon bits instead of Pepperoni. Third, the jalapeño & cheddar slammers" were actually cream cheese filled

Excellent food, friendly staff and fast service. Lots of menu choices and large portions. The daily features are very good home cooked meals. Had the Shepherd's Pie and it was awesome....actually every special we've had has been great! The pizza is great, lots of toppings and a nice light crust. Highly recommend the Lagimodiere Restaurant for quality food and good value for money.

The food was delicious. When we camp.. at our near by campsite we make it our tradition to make a stop for a dinner at a restaurant and my kids and I always suggest to go here.
