I want to thank Brittany for an amazing experience. As the mother of the bride, I was beyond happy to see each of my daughter's bridesmaids find dresses to fit their personalities, and perfectly coordinate for a beautiful wedding! The mother of the groom and I got amazing dresses too, and felt beautiful standing side by side. Thanks again for your wonderful service and an amazingly positive experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would.What I thought was going to be a walk in the park has turned into a nightmare. I found my dress for my big day with all my loved ones with me. I ordered my dress end of September of 2022 and was told my dress would be in mid March 2023. Many emails, texts and calls (voicemail is plump full so can’t even leave a voicemail to get in contact), and no response or even a reply saying no your dress isn’t in yet. If I would have known what I know now about this place I would have never ordered my dress or my bridesmaids dresses from them. They have horrible communication and customer service. I still have yet to receive my dress almost 2 months after they told me I would have it. If you want to be neglected and have horrible customer service please shop here but if you want to have an amazing experience find another shop that actually cares about you as a customer. Inspire Bridal in Saint Peter is a joke. Also stopped by during there “open” hours and they were closed, not sure if they are closing up or were just closed during there normal open hours.

Our wedding party attended today and every single bridesmaid found a dress that perfectly fit their personality. Brittney helped put together a flawless color palette and the entire session was very fun for all of us. Both the groom and bride's mothers found dresses that matched the wedding color scheme perfectly, too, which was a surprise. Today is going to be a day fondly remembered in the planning of my sister's wedding!!!-one happy bridesmaid

Poor communication and they took my money.When I heard about Inspire Bridal, I was so opened to the idea of visiting them when they traveled to Greenville, SC. It was so exciting to go try on dresses and find my dream wedding dress. We got the dress ordered and within a few months, the dress was here, which was amazing. At the same time I tried on my dress, I also tried on the matching veil, and I was about to purchase it until I saw that it had a tear in it. The staff was very nice and said that they would get another one ordered, and that it would be here when my dress arrived. Fast forward to a few months later when I went to pick up my dress and received no veil. I was told that it was still in transit. Months later I still hadn’t heard anything from Inspire Bridal, so I emailed them. Weeks went by, and I still hadn’t received an email back from them. I decided to call and was able to leave a message because they were closed; no one called me back regarding my issue. I called serval more times and was not able to leave any more messages because it said the voicemail was full. Finally, I emailed them again a few months later and got a response. I was told that they had a change of management and that somehow a few orders had gotten lost and my veil was one of those orders. They had told me that they would take care of the issue and get a new one ordered. Weeks later, I still hadn’t received the veil or any updates about the shipping status of the veil. I emailed them again telling them how upset I was, which they kind of brushed aside and yet again told me that they would take care of the issue. I have been dealing with Inspire for over a year now and have paid in full for my dress and veil, and I have yet to receive my veil or even an update telling me the shipping status. This is supposed to be an exciting experience. I’m supposed to be able to take bridal portraits. My wedding is in a few months, and I am out of a veil. Communication is so poor. I wish that I knew all of this before purchasing from them. A hopefully experience turned into a disaster.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this company. I ordered a wedding dress through Inspire Bridal in November 2021 and got an email saying the dress was ready to be picked up in July 2022. When I went to pick up my dress, it was not in a bag, it was barely hanging on the hanger, all the buttons and zippers were undone, and the dress had black streaks at the bottom. I asked if my dress had been tried on and the consultant told me that she gave it to a bride to try on to see of she liked it. When the bride said she liked it, she was then told the dress was already sold to someone. I immediately asked to speak to a manager, and the consultant told me she would try calling someone because there was no manager there at the store.We got in contact with Brittany, the manager of Inspire Bridal, who told us there was only 1 more of my dress online and in my size that they could super rush to me to have in time for the wedding. We agreed to have this dress shipped directly to my home.Months went by and I contacted Brittany to ask about the status of my dress. I was told she would message me when she knew something about my dress. After several attempts to get in contact with ANYONE with the status of my dress, or to ask if they could send me tracking information, all communication ended and no one would return my calls or texts.I then went to a Brick and Mortar bridal boutique store and found the dress of my dreams, which was ordered and delivered all in the span of 1 month to me.Only after involving outside sources was I able to hear back from Inspire Bridal and recieve my money back for the dress- which they still could not tell me where it was or even confirmation it had been ordered.Shopping for a wedding dress should be such a special moment for a bride. Inspire Bridal made this the most stressful part of my wedding planning process.I will never recommend Inspire Bridal to anyone.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful dresses. My whole bridal party were able to find dresses here and the process was fun and stress free.

Come to find out the dress I picked back in April 2022 wasn't suppose to be apart of the trunk show inventory they had and essentially I was used as a guinea pig to test the process" with the designer rather than them telling me from the start that ordering this dress is very unpredictable. They lead me on for 13 months with no updates no replies while i was still thinking I had a dress for the wedding. They are giving me a refund but doesn't make up for this fiasco. I'm back to square one

This is the first google review I have ever left, and it’s because the customer service and environment in the shop was so phenomenally supportive and warm. I normally dread trying on dresses and lack confidence because I’m not sure what to wear or what would look good on me. But the woman who helped us (I think her name was Brittany) was so supportive and tended to our every need an request— more sleeves or deeper color, she seemed to find the perfect dress for each of us. It just so happened that nearly all of us chose the first dress she picked out for us, which I think speaks volumes to her taste and personalization to each persons requests. she was incredibly supportive and made sure we felt confident before going forward to the next person. She made dress shopping—something I usually find draining—inspiring and uplifting. It’s a local business that’s run by hard work and genuine care for her customers and I’m incredibly grateful for this experience!

The owner is super friendly and helpful! We found the perfect bridal party dresses in under an hour, and she even offered us a discount! She knows a lot about what color dresses would be good with each other, and what would fit well just by looking at them. I expected choosing dresses to be a little more difficult, but she helped make it very easy!
