Dr. Satveer and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly! They were able to accommodate our emergency visit last minute with no issues! They focus on the dog being comfortable during the visit by having a dog bed and basket of toys for the dog in the exam room, which no other clinic we’ve been to has the same set up. Would highly recommend visiting this clinic if you are looking for a fear free vet with reasonable pricing!

Petsville has shown the highest level of care we have received at a veterinary clinic so far. We took our foster dog here for a consultation and updated vaccines, from the minute we walked in it was warm and welcoming. The staff were so happy to see Rue, giving her so much love and treats! Everything was clean, the room was immaculate and they brought a large dog bed in so she would feel comfortable while getting her vaccines. There were toys in the room for her to play with as well as fresh water and a couch! I have yet to see a veterinary clinic that is so tailored to making it a truly fear-free experience for your pet. The vet and the assistant made sure to build some trust with her with treats and pets before giving the vaccines, by the end of the visit she didn't want to leave. They even gave her the cutest little red bow as a gift.

We initially decided to switch vet services to Petsville based on location. We liked that we can walk to the vet office, as our dog isn't a fan of getting into a car. The clinic is clean, bright, cheery, with a comfortable atmosphere. The team are friendly and warmly welcomed us and our dog Portia at each visit. We like that they make an effort to get to know our pet too. The patient rooms are 'not too clinical', and are well appointed with a dog bed, pet toys and access to drinking water, which makes for a more relaxed experience for the pet (& human) when having to deal with some unpleasant issues. We highly recommend the Petsville Team!

Petsville Animal Hospital provides wonderful fear-free care. Our Dog was injured and needed immediate care and they were able to fit us in last minute since they were open later than other Vet clinics. They were so good with our pup, and took great care of her injuries and our frayed nerves. Everyone at Petsville is very kind, caring and experienced. They have a very clean, professional practice with modern equipment and lots of space in their waiting area and exam rooms. If you are looking for a Vet, I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this animal hospital. We took our lops in because I'm a jumpy bunny mom, and their staff were super accommodating in fitting us into their busy schedule. Dr. Satveer and his staff were so gentle, not only with my pets but with the other animals I saw them interacting with. I especially appreciated that the vet did the bunny exam on the floor, and allowed the buns to explore freely inside the exam room while we waited. I also appreciated how quiet and zen the waiting area was, and also how incredibly clean and spacious and stylish everything looked. But most of all, I appreciated that my concerns were heard, and that Dr. Satveer is a pro with exotic pets. Totally worth every penny. This clinic/ hospital is fantastic! The staff and doctor are so kind, caring and animal centered! From the minute you walk in, to the pet-friendly exam rooms, they are all about making your animal feel safe and comfortable. I was really nervous about spaying my pup, and having a couple other necessary procedures done- but they were very reassuring, sent me photos and videos of how my pup was doing and have been so caring even after the procedure was done. We have been in numerous times for bandage changes and checks that all is going well. I can’t say enough about this practice! Welcome to Steveston!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Petsville with my hamster. I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with the veterinary team, as they truly went above and beyond to provide a safe, gentle, and understanding environment for my furry friend. They patiently answered all my questions, ensuring that I left the clinic with a clear understanding of my hamster's health and any necessary treatments. I would highly recommend their services to any pet owner, especially those with timid or anxious animals like dwarf hamsters can be. They made my fur baby's first Vet experience less stressful for her, I'm very grateful!

Yanni’s lip swelling up on one side, Instagram suggests me to visit the new veterinarian in Steveston village, they open every day and long business hours that’s perfect for me, so I booked an appointment on website, they contact me right away. Dr. Satveer and his wife Ady are great patience and professional, they treat my cat as their own. Next day, they called and asked how he feels. My previous veterinarian never asks.

The atmosphere of the clinic is amazing. It’s beautiful and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Dr. Satveer and Jenna for being SO GOOD with my bunnies.First time putting my bunnies together and it was an amazing first step in bonding them.
