Excellent service at a fair price. As an advanced player, I really beat up my piano for about a year and half and had a bunch of problems. Robert was very kind and got it all fixed in less than an hour. Definitely will be my go-to in the future.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by Robert Mayer. He was quick to respond and set-up an appointment to tune my old baby grand. He was right on schedule and did a great job at tuning. In addition to tuning, he also made a couple of minor repairs to the piano itself. I highly recommend Robert Mayer’s service.

Robert did an excellent job tuning my piano and repairing some keys. You can tell that he has a lot of experience with pianos, as well as appreciates and loves music. He takes the time to explain what the issue is, what may have caused it, and how he’s going to fix it. Robert is also quick to respond when I reach out to him, and is flexible with his schedule - coming a day or two after I’ve spoken to him. He is also reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend Robert!

We have a long standing relationship with Robert going back over 20 years.I never hesitate to recommend Robert to my friends and family.I have been very COVID careful so when I needed my piano tuned, recently, he was the only person I would trust.Not only did he make arrangements to come within a day, he followed all COVID protocols including cleaning the piano keys when he was done.A huge bonus for me was when he tested the piano by playing a much loved hymn. I was so very moved.Robert is truly a genuine master of his craft!Thank You.M
