Liner Guys LLC

Had a challenge with the liner in our pool, Liner Guys showed up within two hours of my call to tend to the pool. Awesome!

I used these guys for the first time in 2016 to open and close my pool. They always do a great job and are always very thorough. They are very knowledgeable and professional and will not hesitate to call on you when you are in need of service. I am extremely happy that I switched to the Liner Guys, they have my future business and I strongly recommend them.Pros: competitive pricing, reliable, pleasant to do business with, knowledgeable

Liner guys were on the list of installers for the pool heater that I purchased locally. I called Chris in late March to do the install. He came to my house, stated he could do the work and told me he would send me an estimate. I called him two weeks later and he again stated he would send me an estimate. After not hearing from him called again in mid-May and he again stated he would send an estimate shortly. Finally in late May I hired a plumbing contractor to install the heater. They completed the work in two hours. I have contacted the pool store that supplied the heater and recommended they remove Liner Guys from their list of installers. I still have not heard anything from Liner Guys. I would not have had a problem if they would have told me they were too busy or the job was too complex. I wasted a lot of time and delayed my pool opening due to their lack of response.

Have done so much for our pool! Rebuilt our lines when our idiot contractor cut them, open and close our pool every year, removed a hot tub we weren't interested in having any longer. Guys are great and congeinal. Highly recommend!

These guys did a very good job, clean, very professional and as Mel B would say Spot on. Great job closing my 43 x 21 above ground pool !!!!

Had them come out to install a liner 6 years ago and now need a new liner again. Terrible customer service from Chris. Not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. Everything I called them about wasn't their fault. I would spend the extra money and go with someone/anyone else.

Horrible Customer Service..... They are the only company used by Home Choice warranties and they have NOT come to even come to my home to look at my pool and its been a week...the owner asked me to send him a picture of my pool pump and heater so he would know what type we had....hasnt even given me a courtesy call....NEVER use this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the stress and hassle of contacting this company to fix your pool. This nightmare started on April 10 when we gave them a deposit for 1900.00 and they came out to remove the liner and pump out the water. They were at my home for no more then 3 hrs just pumping out water and ripping up a liner, tossing it to the side and leaving it there. (we cleaned up the mess) We had not heard" from that company again until the week of May 7th with Chris telling my husband he would be out and have all the work done...That week came and went. Now he says the week of the 15th...came and went.. On May 21st we finally had to tell him straight
