Great distributor for all electrical needs, been customer for along time and they provide Friendly and knowledgeable support (IN THE PAST). But there service is lacking for the past 2 years. Slow on quotes or won't reply to your Request until you ask many times for update, Parts not deliver on time or as promise or they forgot you exist and ignored your email. If you require specialize support, won't answer your request or just ignored you totally instead of a reply like sorry we can't help.Don't get me wrong, its just been recently that it is this awful. I am guessing they have too many customer and not enough help? or there service support is lacking motivation. I hope they change there customer service problem.
