I'm trying to find a family doctor and two receptionists hung up on me this morning. It must be part of their practice

Great services are provided by Dr. Kalra and staff.

I went in for a basic check up back in December with a nasty cold - and the good doc referred me to have an echo-cardiogram done as there was a potential irregularity relating to my heart vessel(s)Nothing was caught but it was refreshing to know that they were completely diligent and went beyond my expectations. It was a beautiful feeling to know that I was cared for. As someone who is mindful all of the time about their health - all of my trust is here.I have never had to wait - and the receptionists are extremely lovely. To the negative reviewers here - you were most likely acting like scabs and took your frustration out on the receptionists, because they have been MORE than reasonable with all of my experiences here. Quick response times - and they follow up with emails as well.

I have been a patient of this facility for my entire life and have to say it is absolutely amazing.I originally was Dr.Whitbys patient until he retired and he was a very thorough and intelligent doctor. The staff are amazing, the newly added Dr.Pickard is a joy to work with as he’s very understanding and attentive.I would recommend the centre to anyone.

The staff and the Doctor are very polite ,they listen to your problem without any rush and the receptionist talk very politely ,answers your call very quickly.Doctor also respond to each and every test himself without calling and reminding .

I rarely submit reviews but confess I do rely on them. I have noticed that there is a tendency for them to be more on the negative side and people (like me) don`t take the time to submit their good experiences. I was surprised to see such a negative review of Dr. Beilhartz and felt compelled to provide my experiences with her. Our family of five have been seeing Dr. Beilhartz for many years now. She has helped us with numerous health issues that have included providing prescriptions and referrals to other doctors for myself and my high school and university aged children. I have found her to be an excellent doctor, willing to listen and take a rational and comprehensive approach to a problem. I have been recently dealing with a long term issue with unexplained fatigue and we have been systematically doing tests and gotten several referrals to eliminate potential causes and feel confident we will get to the bottom of it.Other things to know are: 1. About a year ago my daughter was admitted to a hospital in Guelph overnight. Turns out that happened to be where she did her residency and they had nothing but glowing things to say about her. 2. I asked my 17 year old son what he would give her as a rating, and he said 3.5 to 4 stars. He said he only gives 5 stars for really outstanding people. 3. Why didn`t I give her 5 stars - we used to have Dr. Whitby (who retired and was definitely a 5 star) and he is a very hard act to follow for a young doctor. Also at times it has sometimes taken a bit of initiative on my part make sure we keep trying to get to the bottom of my own health issue.

PATIENCE, knowelage, understanding, suportive , helpful...willing to help with things that's not necessary their job. Before loralwood I was patient in Victoria st and Joseph st. .. really I can say only best...Particularly Dr Arja Dr Leng therapist Kat

Dr. Kalra and the Centre for Family Medicine provide the best service of any family doctor I've ever had. They are quick to respond, book appointments, knowledgeable, and are doing a top notch job. Very impressed and pleased here.

The Centre for Family medicine is amazing! The staff are aways friendly and helpful and can usually get you in last minute when needed. Dr Alarika is the best family Doctor I have ever had. He takes his time to listen, examine and explain. I have never felt rushed or dismissed durring an appointment. Grateful that myself and my family are patients at such a great facility.
