Be professional. With everyone. Disgraceful and extraordinarily unprofessional.My friend? This is a great studio to get passport photos for various purposes. I used their services for taking a photograph for my newborn and they were great with that as they had all the required props. Can be very busy on weekends. Very knowledgeable staff. Also, they attend phone calls and address the customer’s concerns promptly.

Good quality photos. Unfortunately, the pricing is unethical. They charge $12 for a softcopy emailed to you and $10 for an actual hardcopy print of the PR application photos. When it should be the other way round, as there is no ink, photo paper, or printer costs involved in a softcopy. Unfortunately, more people are applying online, and with the higher demand for softcopies, they increase their prices for the softcopy and make greater profits.

Came to do my passport photo for passport application. The guy has no patience, I've been asking him for the signature that the service Ontario is asking. And he told me that he already told me the answer. What kind of business is that. Can't answer my simple question even in just in a nice way. But when he is assisting a lady he's like a nice dog. He end up taking back the photo he took. And ask me to leave after confronting him. His sister stand up for him.

They process and deliver the photos in about 15 mins! The staff if very friendly and courteous. They are able to customize passport photos based on country requirements. At least I can confirm for US, Canada and India. The prices are very reasonable. They also have different portfolio packages for family photos as well as photos of babies. Highly recommend this studio for all you photography needs.
