Your BEST choice for getting prepared for safe travel!My great experience started with a call to the clinic. The receptionist was extremely clear about what we could expect, described the services and procedure, and was efficient and friendly.We were very happy to meet the nurse Kathy, who was just as welcoming as the desk staff. I was skeptical about these vaccinations, after reading that there are some clinics that can be a bit 'tricky' with their suggestions.We felt that Kathy really cared about our needs. We are doing a short trip, but she took the time to go over the possible risks, and noted that some are likely not needed since we are only there for a limited time.We appreciate the honesty from this team! We did not feel pressured to buy into anything we didn't need, and we even got caught up on our regular, routine vaccinations that are covered by provincial heath care here during our visit, too!

I visited the clinic today and was very impressed by secretary over the phone and also in the clinic. She was very welcoming and acomidating to my time. As for the Doctor she is very knowledgeable, and provided all what is needed for the trip and went beyond my expectations to provide extra knowledge and awareness to me. I will certainly be back for my travel vaccines needs in the future, and would highly recommend this travel clinic! Thank you

The BEST place ever!!!My wife recommended me this place and i WISH i went here sooner. The other clinics i have gone to were absolutely horrible... this place is a fresh breath of air!They have the absolute best staff ever and prices are good too! Kathy the nurse was extremely informative and thoroughly went through everything and had the experience to back it up. The front receptionist Misba i believe was most lovely to talk with over the phone and in person. She good to the time to call back and make ends meet for me. Both of them genuinely work in your interest and the place has their own supplies in stock so no prescriptions or wait time needed.Absolutely Wonderful!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Kathy helped me feel prepared for my trip while also being very genuine and honest - not pressuring me in any way or making me feel judged. I love it there and will continue to use this clinic for my medical travel needs!

Although the nurse and secretary were friendly and kind, I found this clinic very over priced. Their vaccinations from their private pharmacy priced way above other local pharmacies and other immunization clinics. They also would not provide a prescription after paying for the initial consult in order for us to purchase the vaccinations elsewhere. After going to another clinic, we learned that this Boardwalk Clinic had recommend a vaccine that was not even needed for the area we were traveling to. I would not recommend this clinic to those who are in need of an affordable solution.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The receptionist and Kathy, the RN, were both super friendly and helpful from start to finish. I was provided with detailed info and handouts on how to care for my toddler for her first trip abroad. She was given vaccines according to the diseases prevalent in that area and we also got some medicine. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone travelling and worried about their health and will surely visit them in the future for any other trips.

Travel Clinic at The Boardwalk was great to book with! I was able to get all the vaccinations I needed, and was given the knowledge I needed to have a great, and safe trip. Kathy made the process simple and painless, and was very friendly. The receptionist was also great!

I booked vaccinations for my daughter and myself with the Travel clinic at the boardwalk because of their great reviews. We live about 30 minutes away from the clinic and we are very happy we chose them. They are friendly, have fast service and are flexible and simple to book with. They are veey responsisve with emails as well which is a big help too. we will definitely be coming back for all of our travel vaccines. Thank you.Dustin W

For the most part, quite professional. The reason I'm rating it so low is to bring my issues to their attention, as well as to would-be customers:I went in for some immunizations recently, but discovered soon after that what I was lead to believe (that my insurance would cover certain immunizations) was not the case.I have no problem with paying out of pocket for immunizations, but the woman administering it was quite flippant when I asked those questions. I got something along the lines of Oh don't worry. I've never had a problem with an insurance company not covering these immunizations

I would highly recommend this clinic for your travel needs. The consultation was thorough and in depth. She really took the time to listen and understand and explain what was recommended. The receptionist is super sweet and kind. She always puts a smile on my face when I see her! My husband and I had a great experience here getting all our vaccinations in the time needed. The nurse was amazing as well.
