I came this week I came to the store and liked how it's organized. The staff are friendly especially the cashier Dee she made me smile. I have never left s store with such a warm feeling after spending my money. Plus I was able to find and get what I need.

Dean is a fantastic hardware store owner. He takes the time to assist his customers and doesn't hide in his office. The store is well organized, is not overcrowded, and if they don't have it deal will order it for you!The staff are super friendly, prices are comparable, and stock is abundant.If you are down in Ferris check out this home hardware, you'll be amazed with the experience.

Found my garden greenhouse on sale here this week! The staff really made us feel welcome there and were SUPER friendly to our baby ❤. One woman who worked there actually took 5 minutes to chat with us on her way out for the day. So nice to know they're willing to take the time to be so warm and inviting.

Excellent place. Great and helpful staff. I wasn't quite sure what I needed, but knew what my project was. Staff at various locations in the store took the time to assist me. This store is like coming home to a beautiful family. It is well organized and has everything you need. It was especially nice being greeted and served by Dee. She is the most amazing, enthusiastic, helpful, funny worker ive ever met. She makes your shopping experience a joy and is an inspiration to keep you coming back. Its a great store with helpful, polite staff and well priced items. I will definitely be returning.

My son and I went to home hardware at 390 lakeshore drive and we were served by a beautiful lady named Dean. She was so kind !!! She joked and made my son laugh , asked about our day and made our visit just wonderful! We will definitely make the trip to come to this home hardware for the amazing service we got today !!
