Dairy Queen (Treat)

I originally only came to this location because the location I tried to go to yesterday (March 1st 2023) didn't open till 11 but the website said this one opened at 10 so I planned my morning for being here at 10, just to find out it in fact also open at 11...so I sat around for an hour. Once I did return a few minutes prior to its opening time a young lady was nice enough to inform me that the store would be opening shortly. Once inside I only took 10 minutes to order and pay for a cake. Julia was very helpful and made sure all information was double checked and correct. Hopefully once I pick up my cake all will ne successful, and I don't end up with a freezer burnt cake like I did fr another location. Please fix you website time as timing is very important especially when it stats times weew confirmed 5wks ago

I would give them the 6 stars if possible. Store was closing at 12:00 pm and i called them over 11:50 if they could prepare me food. As , i would reach around 12:10 . They did it for me. Not sure 2 ladies were working

Ice cream was amazing but staff is a different story..3 or 4 other standing in the back and just chatting , ignoring customers

Love the ice cream. Always make it great and customer service is great! I also tried the burgers a few times, tasted good!

The door was open at 10:45ish. My friend and I never checked the hours posted outside, but since the door was open we assumed the store was too. We met the rudest person who just came out and was like “WE OPEN AT 11” there was no need to sound as confrontational as she did. A simple “sorry, but we open at 11” would have sounded so much better and less like she wanted to pick out a fight. She did not want to be there at all. And then at 11 no one was there to take our order, we had to wait for the same girl to go buy freaking milk and bananas.

Probably, the most Meh experience I’ve ever had. Went for a couple of blizzards. The strawberry chocolate chip was ok nothing to talk home about. I love coffee ice creams so I ordered the coffee caramel crisp one. But that was not that good. I wouldn’t recommend these two flavors but the blizzard itself was pretty “ok”.

Family ice cream night with a blizzard went well. Had the Reece myself perfect blend of the chocolate and ice cream. Lady at the counter was very accommodating with the kids

Time 7.45 PM ET, ordered two medium milkshakes and two chicken sandwiches. “Akash” who is the so called supervisor made these two shakes. One of them was so watery that I went to counter to make it right. She then, so rudely, told me that this is how it is supposed to be as if I was drinking milkshake for the first time. And then very rudely asked me to dump the much blended milkshake in front of her. In return, she made me a small shake. When I told her that my order was for medium then she said & I quote “because I drank half of the spoiled shake it’s DQ policy to down size the right order.” Which is so bizarre.When you make an order wrong you upsize it to make it right for customer not downsize it. “Akash” was very rude with me and it’s clear that she didn’t want to correct the order. I m never returning to this location and also will email/talk to corporate about this experience.Edit : raised the issue with DQ HQreference number is 20483911
