I am quite pleased with the quality of the services as well as the fees.The flat roof services include a 4 layers, first layer of black tar to block humidity, second layer of thermal insulation, and final 2 layers of elastomere.Thank you

Had to call them on Christmas morning for a problem. They were very responsive and easy to reach given the fact it was a holiday. They were honest and upfront about the cost. The only downside was the price which was quite expensive for the work performed.

Toitures LV was very professional from the first contact and sales right through to the work and cleanup, in my experience. I have not experienced many businesses that create such confidence that they will treat you well from the beginning right through to the end. Toitures LV showed up on time, finished on time and did a wonderful quality job of replacing our shingles. Furthermore, when they left it was like they were never here, our yard was so clean. And the team was always joyful and proud of their work. Thank you, to Xavier and Laurent for taking care of my roof.

This company should be your first go-to. They came out in awful midwinter conditions and worked for most of two days to unblock a drain that was completely iced over. They are reliable and perfectionists.We were impressed!

Worst service!!!! Stay away!!!This company broke the gutter of my house while replacing the roof but denied it. They said the roof was not good to begin with, but in fact we had an independent inspector before, who did not mention anything about the gutter. Also, had the gutter been problematic, why didnt they propose as add-on? It wouldve been good money for them.

My roof had been done a few years ago by a contractor but I’ve had problems ever since. I got referred to Toitures LV from a friend and they came and changed all the ply wood under my shingles and put new shingles with a waterproof membrane underneath to make sure I do not get any trouble anymore in a timely manner. Best thing, they gave an extra packs of shingles in case I need repairs that they provide as after sale service. If you need your roof done, this is the team you need.
