Jump 360

My daughter broke her foot here the first time she visited and within 5 minutes of arriving during the Remembrance Day long weekend. She wasn't doing anything stupid, it was an accident and she fell on her foot and ended up in a cast for 6 weeks. I get that kids will get hurt, but it would have been really helpful, if they had a dedicated first aid staff on stand by or first aid room for when accidents happen. When we arrived at emergency the same day she broke her foot, the nurses made a comment that my daughter was the 9th person there that weekend from this place!! This was an eye opener for me. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. I am sure the management and staff are all really great, but places like this should be more regulated. I am posting this because places like this do make you do stupid things and makes it feel like you can do anything, but please be careful. Don't do anything stupid.

Good place for small children or a group of some sort like a birthday not very expensive but it does have its flaws like some broken or damaged equipment but still safe just small things. Would not do with less then 2 people or more than 15. Good if you want a less packed place for little kids. My main problem with it is the broken equipment one problem they should have fixed as soon as it happened.

Was fine as far as jump parks go. It was definitely one of the more boring parks we have been to, but the kid seemed to still enjoy herself. They had foam pits, a few blow up bouncy houses and a cool balance beam foam pit. Prices were good and staff was very friendly.

Went today. Brought 4 children. 52 bucks including the socks. I don't understand the reviews in regards to outrageous pricing. Take your kids to the movie for the exact same amount of time and they sit there like a lump on a log for twice the price. I was so impressed with the staff I even told a couple of them that the job they were doing was exceptional. The cleanliness wasn't perfect but where the kids actually are playing was spotless. It was only a little dirty below the trampolines but what do you expect. I think the people with negative reviews on here have other motives. Thanks jump 360. My kids didn't make it home awake!!! Parking is chaos now that it’s become a sort of central part of Kamloops, so I think that’s cool.You can have birthday parties here.Kids get to run around and be kids .Seating area for us old folk, not comfortable but whatever, I don’t have to jump around with hooligans.The socks are funky, I have a pair somewhere.Staff is friendly considering they have to deal with bouncing, screaming, running, rambunctious children for their entire shift whilst maintaining professionalism and safety for all the little ones.The kids love it.And they have drinks that you can purchase. But... you can always bring your own too.Pretty cool and unique place for the kids .

Great time, busy when we went but, quick line ups.Had a blast! Love the socks. Well staffed, highly attentive.Lockers available too! One dollar for secure storage while you bounce...Definitely fun for the family and could be a good place to take a date ;)

paid 300 dollars for my son's birthday party, but we have to do EVERYTHING by ourselves. No enough forks, you have to get water or juice by yourself, the party table was sooo messy, and nobody was there...Sent them a feedback about this experience as they asked for, but no one got back to US.So be careful if you are thinking about this place for a birthday party.

My daughter and I have a great time everytime we visit. It may cost $25 for both of us but I think getting good value for the money. An hour of steady jumping is enough to tire both daughter and daddy out! Lots of room to jump around, not especially busy on both visits. Fun & Fitness!

We were not sure about the facility and how safe it was for our daughter. We talked with the manager and he was great. He let us know what we should watch out for and told us the best time to come. He even let us try out the park for a few minutes for free. We will be back when its parent tot time.

Priced perfect, very clean, and awesome staff! We just had our daughter's birthday here (she's 4). The staff waited on us hand and foot. They were one step ahead of me, which is nice for a party of 17 people! At first I thought they price was much for a 4 year old b day but they had literally thought of everything. I was especially happy that they were able to change my original package to meet the needs of my extra guest and SAVED my BIG money! The only mess was some slush at the front from the foot of snow that just dumped on us. So I 100% recommend this place! Thank you again!
