I recently contacted Robert to help fix our washer and he arrived the same day to take a look at it. He quickly found the issue and had it fixed in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Review on customer service, not actual repair/service , I wasn’t lucky enough to receive repair service : Called to get an estimate and gave them all needed details about my stove (brand/model/Sr. #/specific issues). I just wanted a rough ballpark figure to decide whether to repair or buy new (stove is over 10 yrs old). They said a technician will call me back. Nothing for a week! Called again, new person had no clue about my 1st call, said they’ll check and comeback to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I understand that you might be busy. Just say so, tell me we can’t help you, say that your technicians are booked solid and can’t entertain estimates requests, say I’ll have to set an appointment to get the estimate. It’s fair, I’ll accept it. But you just led me, ignored me twice me, and wasted my time.

I asked Mark to come and take a look on my stove and refrigerator cos I have been having issues for a couple of years now. He didn’t hesitate to my call and came the next day to repair my appliance and indeed both Mark and Renato are very professional with their job. Prices are reasonable and if you are looking for a reliable repairman or a company that you can trust go to these guys. Highly recommended and for sure I will recommend you my ti friends and clients as well. Great job guys

Thank you, this is what I like to this company, very accommodating, I just call to get my washer fix it is leaking, they respond very quick, it fixed right away, no parts needed, i used it right away, works perfectly fine now. highly recommended to all, my relatives and friends.

Long story short, a quoted $850 fix really only needed cleaning, which is 20 min of my time and labour.Tenant told me that my 15 year old LG fridge stopped working while I was away for work. Called to book the service and was informed that they can only do small repair on LG as they can't get factory motor and such, aka, not all repair can be done. I still chose to go ahead and the tech went the next day. I was told that the mother board and fan need to be replaced, cost about $850, mostly parts, service fee seems reasonable. Technician phone me and told me about the diagnosis and told me that for a 15 yr old fridge it probably not worth fixing. I appreciated the honesty and did not choose to proceed with the fixing. Only paid the diagnose fee. Went and bought a new fridge. When I got back home from work, I googled common causes of fridge not cooling and the most common cause is it's dirty. So I pulled the fridge out and cleaned the dust at the back and on the fan and the coil. Fridge worked like a charm. Maybe it will still fail eventually but it really only needed a cleaning. This makes question the qualifications of the technician. By replacing the parts I am sure it will fix the problem, but is definitely not the most economical solution for people like me who just want to prolong the life of the fridge to as long as possible.

She gladly accommodate my request and ensure the issue was communicated well to the technician. Mark came earlier than his appointment. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained problem, fixed the issue and provided helpful tips to prolong the life of the washer.This company is highly recommended.

Called ahead, professional and very quick. Washing machine was up and running with new pump and clean up in under an hour! Fair price. Also came out of the city which all the others wouldn’t

Was able to get a diagnosis appointment for my dishwasher the next day. Service technician was to come between 2-5pm. He arrived right at 2pm. Was friendly and very helpful. Very good experience using this company for the first time. Very satisfied. Thank you.
