Terrible customer service. I was almost unable to have a conversation and he hung up on me. For my tow away he wanted to charge me 100$ because I wanted to pull off my rims. He also called my car a peice of junk. The damn thing still runs haha he just did not care, and Scrap Car Removal offered to do it all free and had nice open conversation. Deeply would recommend them instead.Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Called because the website said they had auto parts. Guy hung up on me because they didn’t have parts, that’s fine but I called back to complain about customer service and the tech called me a c*unt and said he had my number and started calling me over and over from blocked number. Was the strangest situation I’ve had to deal with. I noticed the owner is posting every single persons bad review with the reviewers phone number. So unprofessional.

Sick that this business still runs after all these reviews. He needs to be shut down.I don't care what line of business you're in, you don't yell at a customer! Tell them they don't know what they're talking about (the irony is he was wrong in that case!)Don't call AAA. I've now talked to two other companies that have been super helpful, call one of them.

I understand you are busy but you can't rush through any customer. I called this morning to remove a car and he asked me the address. I told him the exact location of the house and he freaked out saying that he is not sitting to find a house on computer. The person was talking rubbish. Your company really need to work on your customer service and teach your employees how to handle a customer as they bring you in the business! The guy was abusing and i had to hung up on him!!!

Terrible. Just called to see if the guy has any roof racks. The guy hangs up on you in mid sentence. No customer service at all. To be credible let your potential customer know politely that you don't have any and they might come back for something else in the future.

just made contact with this person and he was extremely rude it started with name calling when i explained the condition of my truck. then it continued into him threatening to smash my face in" when i had asked for his name and said i did not like the way he had treated me. no body should ever carry them selfs like that while running a business this was complete unprofessional."

Tell you what, the owner cares a lot about these reviews to call me and threaten me. I suggest putting the same energy in improving customer service.

Echoing most comments here. Avoid this guy at all costs! Would rate zero if I could. See below for more info.My experience: I called looking for a quote for my vehicle. He asked when I was looking to get rid of it. I told him in a month or two and he said 'Ok, call me then'. A fair comment. But when I tried to explain that I was hoping for an approximate off the record cost just to let the other owners of this vehicle know what we may be able to get for it, he wouldn't let me finish my sentence. He continually talked over me repeating 'Call Me When You're Getting Rid Of it' over and over and then hung up on me. He then called me back and started doing the same thing and not allowing me to speak to the point where I told him I was no longer interested in selling my vehicle to him and hung up on him. He then called me back again and went on a total rant shouting down the phone at me and then hung up again. No wonder he had to buy advertising because clearly word of mouth will not favour his business!EDIT: Response from owner (see below) claims I wanted to get a price from him and then beat my vehicle up and take parts off it for another month before selling to him. This is not true. While I did say I would need the vehicle for another month or so, as stated in my initial review above, I told him I am using it to commute to work and I never mentioned anything about taking parts off it. An example of the character you are dealing with if you choose to use this business. No shame in also lying to suit his story, apparently. Furthermore, I'm confused as to the intent behind posting the phone number of those who leave negative reviews. A scare tactic for those to remove their negative review perhaps? Some self reflection on your business ethics is advisable.For the record, I spoke to three other scrap yards after this 'encounter' with the same explanation. They were able to give an approximate price and calmly advised that pricing was subject to change depending on the condition of the vehicle at time of sale in a calm and professional manner. Go elsewhere to scrap your vehicle!

Arranged to come pick my car up. When he got there, he lowballed me and said that he gave a quote over the phone, which he didn't. I get that it's stressful and that he deals with stupid people all the time but I'm trying to do business. Said that if I don't take his offer, he'd charge me $150. I told him it was a free estimate and he said that it's not.Gave him the car in the end for pocket change. He does drop the F bomb a lot. All the other reviews are true!
