Urban Dentist is absolutely best dental practice within Richmond and arounding, I and my families have been a patients for several years and Dr. Kwong and his team are extremely skilled in the services that we received, including the tooth implant. When I needed my wisdom teeth taken out 10 years ago I did my research and decided this was the place to go to. Dr. Kwong gave me a very good detailed outline and options. The level of care during and after the procedure was top notch. Staff is always kind and make sure you are well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

I've had several dentists over the years in a few different cities where I've lived and I can honestly say that the services provided by Dr. Kwong and his staff are the best I've experienced. I have been a patient of the Urban Dentist for about 15 years and have absolutely no desire to change dentists. A combination of the professionalism of the staff, promptness, consistency of the service, friendliness, and flexibility make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Carman Chan had been our family dentist for over 2 decades. She is so tender and skillful in handling all my dental issues. Recently she extracted my tooth so light-handedness that I felt nothing at all during the process. Gemma is also an exceptional and professional front desk officer. She has extensive experience with processing extended health care insurance with my group underwriter and she is friendly and always helpful to try the best to accommodate all patients' needs that come in the clinic for help.

I've been going here for years and never had a problem with the staff or the work done on my teeth. Dr. Kwong and his associates are always professional and friendly and the receptionists are outgoing and polite. I would definitely recommend !

Dr. Kwong and team are wonderful people. My teeth aren't in the best shape and I've never felt any hint of judgment from them. It's been the opposite in fact, I've received great care from them over the years. Everyone there is very pleasant, helpful, and professional.

Always a great experience with Dr. Kwong and his wonderful team. They are always so kind and warm, right from being greeted by Barb at the front desk. On a few occasions, they have been compassionate enough to take me in last minute for urgent issues. Recommended dental service- Thank you Dr. Kwong!

Dr. Kwong and the staff at the Urban Dentist are simply the best! I have been a patient for several years and Dr. Kwong is by far the best dentist I have ever had! Not only is he an amazing dentist (and best needle giver ever), but he truly cares, is kind, and always understanding one’s circumstances. Going to this office is always a joy (which is rare when it comes to having to visit a dentist!) and Dr Kwong is not only extremely skilled but also gentle... I literally fall asleep in the dentist chair... the office is so warm, welcoming, and relaxing! Being greeted by Barb at reception immediately puts me at ease and Freda is lovely when cleaning my teeth! I feel very fortunate to have found The Urban Dentist years ago by chance when I had an infected wisdom tooth and they rushed me in as an emergency appointment. I love this dentist office and the entire team! Thank you for everything you guys do!

Highly recommended The Urban Dentist, if you are someone who is nervous about having dental work, they will look after you well. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, I’ve never had a negative experience and I have had extensive work done here. Dr. Kwong does excellent work and is very attentive to his patients, I’m very lucky to have found this place.
