Had a great experience at this dealership. Dealership was referred to me by a family member. If you go, ask for Shawn. He is the nicest salesman you’ll talk to. He genuinely wants to help you find a car and will try his best to get you the best deal you can. He was very welcoming and kind. He managed to get to get us a deal we were comfortable with and we were out the door the same day with a new car. Again, if you go this dealership, ask for Shawn. Highly recommend!!!!

My boyfriend and I were in search of a new jeep that fits in with our lifestyle along with our new little family and Jon really accommodated us, along with the rest of their team. We never once felt pressured to just settles and pick a car. Jon and his team took all of our interests first into what things we were looking for and pricing, budget, specs, etc and then showed us options where we got to fully think and consider what we liked vs. didn’t like. They made the process much more easier to understand and was very transparent with everything! Completely different from my experience at other dealerships where they were trying to make the sale and we weren’t told about why the pricing and rate we got was what it was. Overall we loved it and would definitely make the trip again over there as they really make it worth your while!

Had an amazing experience dealing with my salesman Reese Vine on purchasing my 2023 4XE Rubicon with sky top and brown leather seats! Him and his manager Lucy were able to get my delivery here a couple days early and had it detailed and PDI done ASAP so I could pick it up a couple days early and enjoy it!Highly recommend the team over at Langley Chrysler and especially Reese he has excellent communication and is a super friendly friendly salesman who is very genuine and upfront with everything.Although I live in Richmond I’m glad I took the drive out to Langley and ended up finding better deals and service than I could find locally at dealerships near me.

Top notch car buying experience with NORM. Buying a car as a single woman can be an intimidating process, but I felt no pressure whatsoever. So 3 years ago I bought a corolla from this dealership and it was a great experience. But not long ago, I got in a serious car accident and my car got written off. So quickly I needed to find a new vehicle and they helped me so much. Manny was great and patient when it came to me choosing the right vehicle, JP was just a great guy who really did help out alot and Jenn and Tyler in finance did everything they could to make sure everything was done properly! I had my 3 crazy kids with me a couple times and they were super kind about it lol. They gave them coloring and hot wheels to keep them occupied. Over all, really friendly environment. No pressure, no sales pitches, just listening, understand and above and beyond customer service. They even let me keep my rental at the dealership over night so I could return it the following day and then picked me and my son up from enterprise. Highly recommend this place.
