I have been dealing with Craig and his team for well over 5 years. The service provided has been nothing short of spectacular. East coast yardworx does my lawn care and maintenance perfectly. This past summer they redid a retaining wall that was done very poorly by a prior contractor and WOW… it’s finally solid and straight! Craig and his team never cease to amaze me with the great work they do!

Craig and his team were consummate professionals. Their quote was delivered in a timely manner, they stuck to their project timeline and budget, their quality of work was excellent, and I would be happy to have them do more work on my property again. I can't recommend East Coast Yard Worx enough. 10/10

Craig, Debra and their team came to us by way of referral and they knocked it out if the park.Craig was creative in his design of the solution for our yard. Debra's communications for the quote, contract, payment schedule, adjustments to material costs and final review were timely and clear.As outside work goes, timing can fluctuate due to weather and how the customer before you changes the job. Craig stayed in contact with us even before our job started so we knew what was happening. This allowed us to prep and plan without uncertainty and frustration.When it came time to do the work... The entire team was professional, hard working and respectiful. They left the job site clean and safe every day, they arrived early and we noticed great progress every day.We had some concerns with our neighbours, and Craig was there with us to help sort out the concerns.The finished product is structurally secure and beautiful.I am thrilled with the result and any one of the East Coast team is welcome at our home anytime!

My experience with this team was disappointing and unprofessional to say the least. On 2 different occasions I reached out and spoke to Deborah requesting a visit for a planned backyard makeover.. On both occasions I was promised a visit by one of their team members and I took time off from work accordingly. On both occasions, no one turned and no intimation of cancellation was given. My messages were not replied to either.This was extremely unprofessional especially considering I specifically mentioned that I would be taking time off when the visit was scheduled.

I had a very tired looking interlocking front porch and step that was sloped towards my house and needed repair. Craig and his team came very promptly and fixed my porch. They were professional and made my porch look brand new using my existing stone. They worked all week in the rain. I am one happy customer!

Craig and his team are amazing. Above and beyond what I expected my backyard oasis to be. I am extremely pleased with the end result. Can't wait to have more projects completed by Craig and his team. My overall experience was way more than 5 stars. Definitely recommend east coast yard worx to anybody needing landscaping done. They will definitely go above and beyond.
