I went to Tbooth in the Lasalle Sudbury mall and it was a great experience! I was looking for a new phone and a phone for my daughter. Ethan was working and he gave the best service! Poor service and rude. Lied about getting activation fee waived off. Im on my second Fido bill and it's still the same. They also lied about offering 50 dollar store credit towards anything in the store before signing up with them. After I signed up with them, they told me it was no longer available. Next day they offered to someone else. some other girl.

Jae Was absolutely amazing, he went over and beyond to help us today. Even though we had a terrible day, he actually made our day and we left smiling. I would definitely recommend him to anybody for their cellular service.

I would like to thank Jae. We went there three times to get the iPhone, however there were problems with the payment sometimes and with the credit score other times. But Jae was really wonderful; he worked really hard for us. We experienced problems with our phone plan as well, but he called Rogers and tried to find a solution. He actually phoned ten individuals for assistance, and we were able to accomplish that. He performed a fantastic job. He actually put in around two hours of effort for us. My husband and I greatly appreciate his assistance. Thank you again Jae for the awesome 10/10 service. I will definitely refer my friends.

Alex gave my fiance and I outstanding service today at the New Sudbury Kiosk (think store # is 463 1774)He gave honest advice and didn't make us fight for the best price.Finally he, and truthfully his other two wonderfully moustached comrades, also were most entertaining in their banter to pass the time.Thank you again for the help!

I had the absolute best customer service experience!! Nick was super friendly, reliable, and helpful. He upgraded my phone, increased my data, and I left with a lower phone bill and 3 new accessories for my new phone!! Nick truly puts the customer first and ensure everyone leaves happy. This was by far the best phone-buying experience I have ever had. Can't say enough!
