Called Falco Mechanical to look at my furnace. They arrived the same day and was able to get the furnace working within 30 minutes. Spoke to them about the age of the unit and how it keeps breaking down. They took the measurements and we received a quote shortly after. I was super impressed with Joe he was very professional and explained the whole process from start to end. Falco Mechanical were extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me excellent service in installing my new system. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you ever need a new furnace, A/C or hot water heater install.

I contracted Falco Mechanical to install several heating and AC units in my garage. Here’s what unfolded. Joe took the time to explain all possible options and what he believes is the best solution for my needs. It was completely pressure free and refreshing to have a professional walk me through everything. Additionally, the quality and workmanship is second to none. I am very picky but Joe is even more so for proper quality. Other contractors are asking me who did my install because it is so clean and professional! Joe from Falco Mechanical is professional and honest. He accomplished in one hour what three previous service men could not. I don't know exactly what he did, although he did explain it to me in detail. All I can say is that my home is now comfortable for the first time since we moved in.

Joe really came through for us! Our furnace stopped working at the worse possible time…in the middle of February! As responsible homeowners, we did our due diligence and brought in several companies to assess the work and provide us with quotes. We decided to go with Falco Mechanical and Joe did not disappoint! We hired Joe from Falco Mechanical Ltd. to replace our commercial HVAC package unit (heating, air conditioning and economiser) in December, 2019 at our office in Mississauga. This was right around Christmas, so it is difficult to get something like this underway at this time of year. Joe got us quotes for 3 different systems that had comparable but differing features and discussed this with us. Once we decided on the right system, he arranged delivery, crane and installation for us very quickly. Installation went very smoothly and our new system works fantastic. I have no reservations on recommending him for this type of work.
