I had a great experience! I purchased a Thinkpad x230, its in “like new condition” even though it was refurbished its in perfect shape! I happened to had a problem with the battery charging, so they issued a replacement free of charge. They stand with their Warranty’s, and will help as much as possible. I ordered a specific screen with special resolution for my work. Another screen with different resolution was sent to me, I was upset, however when I contacted them they fixed the issue, sent me a paid return label. They refunded me everything including the shipping ( so they take the responsibility for the mistake). I need to say this is very professional, and people in there are looking to keep people happy.

Thank you for amazing service Sam and Vedika. I emailed the company with an inquiry for donating a computer for one of the clients I'm supporting. I received an email response the same day and they communicated with me consistently. I had several questions and they took the time to provide detailed responses. They were more than willing to help the community agency and also very professional. Super understanding and their willingness to help was incredible. Thank you so much for helping the client with a laptop. We really appreciate this and highly recommend to others. I will be referring many people here too!

I had a very good experience with the whole team of Atlas. I got an issue with the Mac I first ordered, and they helped me go trough the repairing process.Unfortunately the Mac didn't work well so they asked me to return it and decided to send me a new one already checked by them, and with all features and apps installed.During the whole situation, they were always available and responding to my emails within minutes. They also helped me with the shipping & return process. I definitely recommend them.Thank you,

EDIT: You can't find me in the system as I was an buyer via an 3rd party online website (think Ebay, BestBuy, Staples, etc). I'm not interested in telling you all my details, as you show in your reviews you like to humiliate customers.Got hustled when buying a refurbished laptop a few months ago. It was in no way worth what was paid for it. Over $600 for a laptop from 2017. I was naive, and they made a lot of money off of me. Buyer beware.

Sam is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help his customers. Their customer service is outstanding.I recently purchased a laptop from Atlas, the computer is refurbished so dins and dents were expected. I can not say they provide the best product qualities, but for the price they offer on these products, definitely a steal.I say no one can beat their price, not even some of those online resellers.A great local business to work with, pleasant experience.

I am more than happy to deal with Atlas Computers and Electronics. They have the wide range of refurbished laptops. Got a lenovo thinkpad for a very good deal and they shipped it to me soon enough.Found the laptop in perfect technical condition, however my school going kid did not like the looks of it so called Atlas, returned it and got the refund as soon as it reached them. Very easy to do business with them and friendly customer support. I would love to be a customer of Atlas in future.

Called to get a quote and shipping estimate on a product...the female agent could barely speak english and after me trying to identify the product 20 times they said, thank you very much and hung up on me. It's not my fault you can't speak english and understand english. I was talking very slowly and patiently. I'll order my $3100 video cameras elswhere. Buyers beware!!!
