We love our table! We went into the Edmonton location to get some ideas, and ended up picking out a ready to go table at an amazing price. We opted for a five foot table with two leaves, Lowry finish, smooth legs and a rustic top. They had a number of pre-built chairs in the style/finish we wanted, and we got to pick out each specific chair we wanted to take. The staff even lined them up next to our table to make sure the colours matched well. The table and chairs were delivered shortly after and were set up so carefully in our place. I’m so happy with our experience and the great pieces we now have. We will definitely be going back for more of their furniture!

This place is not some store your going to stumble upon due to its location, but If you're in the market for wood furniture stop by and take a look the staff is incredibly knowledgable and will educate you in order to make the best decision for your furniture. The furniture is amazingly well crafted and they have some gorgeous colors. Though we didn't buy anything as we were just window shopping, however the staff helped educate us on what our options are for the space we have and we'll be looking into them in the future.

Picked up 6 chairs from old hippy and love them. Solid, well made, super comfortable and perfectly square. The whole process from showroom to delivery was great. The lady helping us did a thorough job explains different woods, coverings and lets us wonder around till we made our decision. The chairs were ready in 2 weeks and our sales lady showed her Jenga skills while loading them all safely into my SUV. Yes you have to bring your own blankets to protect them but it’s an investment in furniture that you want to protect.. this isn’t some ikea junk. We’ll be back for sure.

Old Hippie (the previous store) resurfaced and repaired two very old tables for us. We also bought 4 high stools for our island. We love them and they are very well made. Worth every penny. Merry Christmas

Absolutely beautiful hand made furniture. True solid wood and will be able to pass onto my children and my children's children! Would recommend this business to all my friends and family! This location is the best because the showroom is bigger than you imagine! Must see for yourself to understand what I'm talking about!

Old Hippy furniture is amazing. It feels different from anything else and when you find something that suits your home, it instantly transforms the space. I bought a bed and two night stands and I was able to customize them to exactly what I needed. This store is truly a gem and more people need to visit this place in person.

We were forwarded to Old Hippy by a friend of ours who understood our desire for a quality product. We were moving into our house and didn't want to fill it with high-end MDF.When we first walked into the showroom we knew that Old Hippy made a product that we wanted to have in our home.We decided on a dining set, new bed and bed side tables. We ended up spending more money than we initially wanted, but we knew exactly what we were investing in and are very happy with our purchase. It is so rewarding to rest my hand on the table, or set my cup down, and to feel real wood under it. The table and chairs are heavy and well constructed without being bulky, and the chairs are as comfortable as anything else on the market.Morgan was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was direct without being rude, and upfront without being pushy. What I liked most about her was that she said what she was going to to, and did what she said.She was very patient with us as we customized each item on our order from stock and was very good about getting the items delivered to our home as requested over the holiday season.I would recommend Old Hippy products to anyone that asked me. I am looking forward to ordering some accessory items for the home when the time is right.

I was pressured into putting down a deposit of $500 to order a table. I was told that they could customize the color as I was looking for a grey. After many months and failed attempts, I sent a decorative item to match the color. They then told me they sent it back when I asked for it but it was actually lost in her office for months. It was eventually returned. The final straw was when they sold the last of the chairs I wanted. This was over a 2 year experience. I decided to cancel my order and to work with a company closer to my area.They refuse to refund the deposit so my sister attempted to buy a mattress from them to use the deposit. They told her she needed to spend $4700 to use it.The whole process was long and painful. The location is very inconvenient and the family run" business is not ethical."

We are super happy with our custom designed and created table and chairs. We wanted a table that would fit our space perfectly along with the right color to compliment our home. Each detail was considered and we love it! We opted for delivery and set up which we were equally impressed with - they arrived on time and had our table and chairs put together and set up quickly while going over the care details so that our set will continue to look brand new for years to come.
