We decided to try this place based off old experience with previous butchers .It is definitely not the same. No weighing of animal while there even when asked. Moose hit the floor and at pick up 48lb of meat no where to be found. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone in need of a butcher. Very disappointed to say the least.
