Terrible service, booked a pool opening, they requested to leave the hose on under the cover in morning before they turned up, they didn’t turn up, had get a neighbour to come turn it off for me. No communication of not showing up they came the next day at 4:30 and completed a rushed terrible job, they tipped all the debris from the cover into the pool, left the seal off the suction pipe off ( found it in plastic bag on the ground) left pipes loose and leaking and sent me a $600 bill.After sending multiple emails and calls, with no response they eventually sent a slightly discounted bill with threats of charging interest if not paid in full.Horrible customer service if you can call ignoring complaints service. Definitely will not be a customer of pollock pools again.

Always helpful with water testing and balancing. Very knowledgeable. Had an issue with coping stones this year...John came out and did a great job fixing it for us. THANK YOU! Evan has opened and our pool each year...never disappointed. Usually very busy, so patience is necessary. All in all, happy with our pool, and having Pollock as our service provider

Never going back to this store. I had the phosphate around 2700ppb so they say it is too high and they gave me the Pool magic+ Phosfree" (I paid $40 for this)

Can't thank the team at Pollock enough. We have dealt with a different spa company from Milton for years but they haven't been very responsive to us for months despite many attempts. When I called Pollock to see if someone could come and look at our spa that wasn't working they let me know that it would be a few weeks but they offered me help to protect our hot tub from the cold weather. Evan showed up at our house today quickly assessed the situation, went back to get the part and returned to make the repair all in the same afternoon. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We will 100% be moving our business to Pollock. Thank you!

I regret buying my hot tub from them. Nearly every interaction ranged from annoying to infuriating, except the ones with the older gentleman who did service work, but I haven't seen him there in a long time. The last service call I asked them to repair or replace the control panel as it was growing mold under the seal and when the water level raised up to the control panel level it would leak water onto the exposed electrical (240V) under the control panel. They came out and looked at it and their response was Work completed June 23rd. [Name] noticed the gasket under the topside needed replacing. He didn't find any mold." They didn't replace the Gasket despite acknowledging it needed replacing and there is definitely mold growing. I reached out via email late October 2021 to setup a meeting to discuss my dissatisfaction

I am really disappointed and confused with customer service. I have called several times since spring to have someone come out to look at my hot tub. I received one call back and I was told that the time to look at the repair and the cost might not be worth it. We agreed on the phone that someone would come out any way (I live 5 mins away) to confirm that. No one called back. It is bizarre to me that they wouldn’t help me. If my hot tub is too costly to repair then I will get a new one. I feel like this was quite a missed opportunity. Or maybe just not worth it to them. I have called recently to see if they can come out but it looks like I have to go elsewhere.

Just had a horrible experience dealing with the owner, Bryan Pollak on the sale of one of their work trucks. Zero integrity. Clearly money is more important than morals here. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere as these guys are out there to take advantage of people.As a business owner myself, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle or piece of equipment. I lost all trust in Bryan during this process as he proceeded to tell me today that he wished he told me that the motor blew up" instead of telling me he sold it for more money to someone else. We had a done deal with text messages to prove it along with a $1000 deposit I sent over a week ago. This is not how you do business."
