The team turned up on time, dealt with the immediate problem of wasp nests, cleaned the site thoroughly – and then took the trouble to warn me that the tree itself was falling apart. Tyler Ganton sent numerous photos to show the city. We were incredibly pleased.

Tyler and his team were an incredible help with a plant order. I knew I was asking more than I should when I'd requested 'a uniquely shaped Malus' for a client. The tree delivered by Tyler was healthy and already had a definitive shape - the perfect fit for a burgeoning garden. From start to finish the process was professional, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with. Will use again.

Tyler (and Emma) did a spectacular job of selecting, picking up and delivering my plants, and everyone else's too. It was delightful to find my order sitting on my porch exactly when I expected it. What a service!

Tyler gave a free quote, great service, and took down a large tree for my mom at a very fair price given her limited finances. Furthermore he was able to accommodate my moms garden while taking a large poplar down and not kill any of her plants!

I heard about Tyler through Toronto Urban Growers, and we needed some stumps in our community garden for the kids play area. Tyler dropped off about 2 dozen, no charge! It’s perfect for us, and the wood didn’t go to waste.

Tyler Ganton and We Care Tree Care are responsible arborists and environmentalists. They have taken good care of our 60' tall poplars over the years, trimming them when needed to keep them healthy, and watching out for overhanging branches and rot. During the Covid-19 shutdown, they have provided an additional service of sourcing and delivering shrubs in time for spring planting. Their service and care is much appreciated.

We purchased two live edge slabs from Tyler after a few visits to his shop. He is incredibly well stocked with beautiful pieces and helped us find the perfect slabs for our needs (and we were VERY particular). We were certainly not starved for choice and would fall in love with a piece only to stumble across something even better. The quality is fantastic and the wood is flawless. Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. His prices were great and we are thrilled by everything about the experience. When we are finished with our current two projects we will certainly be going back for more. When it comes to trees Tyler is as good as it gets! Very experienced. Cares deeply about the trees, the environment, & people. Leaves a clean site & finds good uses for the wood. He creates beautiful artwork from some of it, from benches to dugout canoes. He is very generous in supporting communities.Highly recommened.

Picked up some gorgeous slabs from Tyler to finish ourselves into a bar, end tables, and entry way console table - they all turned out beautifully. We get so many compliments and questions about them (primarily where did we get the wood from!?"). The pieces are perfect for what we wanted and look fantastic in our home. We will never get bored of the character in the wood and wish we had more space to keep filling up. We highly recommend Tyler for his quality

Tyler is a very special person. He's not just technically expert, but also cares deeply about our natural world and trees in particular. He wants to find the best approach to each tree that maximizes its wellbeing and lifespan. He also shares his knowledge and helps the customer understand what's going on with the tree and how to monitor it yourself to detect things that might be going wrong. I would recommend We Care Tree Care to anyone.
