Great place for academic regalia. It looks great and the price was excellent.

I had never used a laundromat before. Employee was super helpful explaining the process and the different kinds of machines, etc. She even helped me load into the washer and offered to change everything over to a dryer if I left the coins while going to run an errand (I was back and did it myself). Employee went above and beyond to help this newbee and was much appreciated.

Best place in town

I had to bring my very large washable rug in this week and I was very impressed with the employee working. She was very helpful, and very kind. Always keeping busy with sweeping, and washing down machines, etc. We started talking about some of the other services this location offers such as wash and fold, and cleaning of large comforters and duvets. And as such I’m bringing in some of those items today.

I like to soak my laundry for 5-10 minutes before I press start and the owner wasn’t having it. I went out for a cigarette and he went and closed my washer lids which started my machines. He said he has no time to let me soak my laundry and there was only three people in there. Than he told me not to come back. Completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t go there as I think its more of a discrimination problem on his part. He just didn’t like me and kicked me out. Not a person I believe is good for anyone with a mental disability.

This was a lovely place at first; however, me and my boyfriend had a terrible experience. We washed our comforter and threw it in the dryer and went out to our car. When we came in to get the comforter the woman who was working was in the middle of touching our comforter all over with her mask down the whole entire time. She then proceeded to tell us that she had the stomach flu the previous week while coughing and showed us a rash on her hand that she had just touched our comforter with. She was also spewing anti-mask/anti-vaxx misinformation. I will not be coming back into this place. We are told to wait in our cars yet how am I ever supposed to trust that no one will touch it when I’m out there. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Pretty quiet mid morning. Almost all big washers available. Lottery on site with staff if you feel like it. Change exchange. Bathrooms .

Started going there after Frontenac Coin Laundry closed and its my go to place now. They have heavy duty washers and dryers, the owners are nice (others hit and miss), keep the machines working and its nice and clean. Conveniently close to Farm Boy, Costco etc.

I’ve only used this location a couple of times. But have no complaints. And will continue to use their services.

I would have given 5 stars. However, the attendant is not customer service based.The closing time states 8pm. Don't show up at 631 and expect to do your laundry. The last load goes in at 630 sharp.Even though they have machines that super wash in 25 minutes and their dryers are the best I've used, so maybe another 20 minutes.You do the math.This may be the best laundry facility in town, But considering i had to load my laundry back into my car and go smewhere else......are 632...The machines are great. Fair pricing.
