Went there on to return a jacket, I was given hard time for no reason by the sales person. He just didn’t want to return the jacket in store, and was really rude. Same day, went to their other store in Yorkdale and was a very smooth transaction.FYI, this is probably the 7th or 8th purchase from that company, but definitely the last from that store.

Had a great experience shopping here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It is a fairly small store - but had enough items in stock. I liked the temperature-controlled fitting room where you can get a real feel of the warmth that the product offers.

Great in-store experimental experience, make sure you enter the freezing room with the Expedition coat on, there is real snow inside! If you make your order before 1 pm you can get it delivered by the end of the SAME day, it’s awesome.I myself am a Canada Goose consumer, and I’m very happy I have an Expedition parka, made for extreme cold weather, no doubt.

Visited this store the Tuesday before Christmas and there was no line outside. Half the sales persons were friendly and other half I’m not sure. The sales person that help us was cool and attentive. He showed us the Arctic cold room which is a must see - there is even artificial snow on the ground. Product Inventory is decent but not as many styles or sizes as the larger Canadian Goose stores.

Visiting Canada and wanted a PBI chilliwack bomber, this store had the only size that fit me. Arranged for the store to hold it for me, as I couldn’t order it online given my travel movements, when I arrived a worker named Ed helped me and was really friendly and made conversation. Such a good experience, and he even recommended a sushi place on my trip to Vancouver. Ed- the sushi place you recommend is awesome! Love Canada Goose and will shop again.

I bought my first Canada Goose from this store where there is a Brand Ambassador to assist. Since they don't have stocks in store one has a choice of pick up or delivery. I chose delivery which was prompt. The item came in a box with a cover for the jacket to protect it from dust. My friends and I went back to buy coats again. This time we had Agasch to assist us and he provided excellent customer service. We now have more product knowledge because of him. Now we understand what Thermal Experience Index meant like TE1 (0°- 5°) - lightly insulated and TE2 (0° -15°) versatile

Unless you have the whole day to waste on a store that hardly carries any jackets, DO NOT go to this store. I went to buy a jacket, waited 2 hours to get in the store, there was only one size available in the jacket I needed so we were asked to buy and exchange the size if not okay. We got the jacket, size did not fit, so to exchange went again. Was asked if I was here to BUY, when mentioned that I needed to exchange I was told the wait time was an hour. Gave name and number, when went back after an hour and half, I was told I had to wait another 30-45 minutes, I inquired if they had sizes available and was told they'd place an online order for me in store. I told the girls at the door if they can just process my return right there just like they were processing purchases for customers, and I could place another order online myself; they made excuses and disappeared. I had to demand to see the manager to have someone come out and simply process my refund, 2 hours later. There are no jackets at this location. Do yourself a favor, buy the jacket online or at Sporting life or any other location just like I did. They only prefer customers who BUY, not the ones who want to exchange/refund!

Wonderful store. The brand ambassadors are so welcoming and knowledgeable on the products. I was so happy to come In to the space and be brought on journey. I was able to try on styles that were not in the sales floor. Don’t let the small size fool you, the store packs a punch. Thanks to Paul for helping me with my new jacket for my husband and I
