We just took delivery of a 2014 Ford Escape SE. We came from over 3 hours away. Harry had the foresight that we would probably want to make a deal on this vehicle and not have to return to take delivery of it. He had the certification done on it and actually noticed the oil needed to be changed and had it done. We went for lunch and upon returning all the MTO paperwork was done, an insurance slip emailed to him by our insurance agent at home was printed for us and we were all ready to head back home with our new vehicle. We have been involved in many dealer transactions and this was by far the most enjoyable one we have EVER had!!! Harry was amazing to deal with in fact I am likely going to get in touch with him for another vehicle he has there!

I Purchased a 2011 Kia Optima in may of 2021 and it’s been an amazing car I’m really glad there wasn’t any smoke and mirrors trying to pass of lemon a car and the buying process was very smooth I chose not to heckle as a felt it was marketed at a competitive price. Overall great experience

Our experience with Charlie and Harry at MotorMAX was amazing!Although we found them on AutoTrader, we had also heard great things about them from our trusted mechanic. They were patient, honest and very accommodating from our first phone call to when we left the lot with our new minivan. Prices were extremely fair, and they stood behind the vehicle 100%.For example, on the day we were supposed to pick up the car they told us that they discovered an issue with the fusebox, and had the car not only repaired but looked over a second time by the Chrysler dealership. This was incredibly honest of them! Not only did they pay for the cost of this repair, but they also took care of our new plates and sticker for delaying the pickup of our minivan. I had a very good experience buying my new (to me) minivan here. Car shopping at big dealers is often a grueling experience. Not here. Harry was very helpful and friendly. The van had a few small problems that were fixed before I picked it up. I did a good amount of shopping around and the price of the van here at Motormax was really competitive.
