Excellent service. I've had two iPhone batteries replaced here without problems. Additionally, my son had his phone screen replaced. After it was fixed, he got distracted and didn't try it out until a few days later....when he realizethat one part of the screen wasn't working (which kept him from being able to type one of the rows of the keyboard). On top of that, he had lost the receipt by the time he noticed. He took it back, and they made it right for him -- no worries about the missing receipt.I won't hesitate to recommend these folks, or to give them more business.

Best Cell phone repair shop iv been to. He was able to replace my s20 screen on 15 minutes notice and stayed after his store closed to do so. I did offer him $50 extra to stay late and he gave me exceptional service. On top of replacing my screen, I got a brand new battery. Which I understand is supposed to come with the screen, however most shops save the battery to be resold and replace your screen with your old battery.On top of that, he replaced the back side of my phone where my camera lense was smashed out for a very low additional charge. Without asking, he noticed my charge port was not working well and fixed it for me without me asking free of charge.Very honest, professional and knowledgeable repair shop. Anywhere that can repair a motherboard knows what they are doing and when you couple that with honesty and integrity, there is no other cell phone shop I will visit from now on.5/5, would give a higher rating if I could.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and experienced in cell phone repair. My daughter's iPhone 8 broke (screen, side buttons, water damage) They fixed everything and the phone works great. I was not looking forward to buying a new phone. Thankfully I did not have too. Thank you for everything ❤

Paid 200$ for a screen replacement to have Face ID now say unavailable. I went in to try and resolve the issue as I read online that many phone repair places don’t know that you need to move over the earpiece speaker flex from your previous screen to the new screen and many people had this issue of not having Face ID work on iPhones after having screen replacements at random phone repair stores. The first time I went in he told me he was unsure of the issue to give a call on his next day he was working. I decided to go back in the next day he was working and he took my phone for an hour and told me it was a software issue. I can guarantee if I take my phone to apple and they diagnose it they will say it was from the screen replacement and not a software issue. Ironic that a software issue just so happened as my screen got replaced. He gave me a cheap screen protector for the ‘inconvenience’. My boyfriend also got his screen replaced here a year ago and his Face ID stopped working to he ended up getting a whole new phone. I’m pretty positive the guy working there knows that he messed up but doesn’t compensate for the issues he creates and for that I definitely do not recommend going here. 200$ down and to get Face ID repaired it’d cost me now 400$ at apple.

My phone all of a sudden went into greyscale. Tried everything I could to bring back the color, even as far to do a basic format that wouldn't loose all my data, such as: photos, calendars, contacts etc.. Didn't work, I lost my passwords, though, which I'm still trying to get back and reset my accounts and passwords, meanwhile I still am doing it all in. I'm not 4 years old and can't remember the multiple passwords that each app or device says not to use the same one for all of them all , and that one should change the passwords every 30-90 days, what a joke. Or they said that you can use the one password app for all your passwords; yeah that sounds smart, so if you loose your phone and it gets hacked they have all your passwords.I am so sick and tired of the technology that has been forced into our daily lives. It is to make life easy, BS, it only complicates everything. I miss my old pen & paper agenda.

Absolutely destroyed the phone I brought in for repair. They broke the body in several places so the buttons don’t work properly. I called them several times and no response. I dropped in and after I finally got them to admit there was damage the two people in the store said they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to wait for the owner to get back into town. Of course they didn’t know when that would be. They assured me the owner, who is the one I had left several voicemails for, would call me as soon as he was in town. It has been over a month since then. NEVER trust them unless you’re going to throw out the phone anyway. Oh and they said this was a cheap phone. It was a $750 phone 2years ago. Not top of the line but not a cheap phone by any means!!
