BD associate was very helpful. Suggested a food for our cat that wasn't eating his food. Gave him some when we got home and he gobbled it up. Also suggested a rocker scratchy which he also loves.

Love this store. Had such an amazing experience there buying items for our new rescue. Fiona was so nice and knowledgeable and spent so much time with us, making sure we picked out all the right things for our pooch. She was amazing! Will be going back to this location for their excellent customer service and selection.

Sugar and I had a great time visiting Ren's Pets Orillia! The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable, and the store layout is bright and well designed. Sugar was quite happy to get some frozen kangaroo tails!
