I was ask over the weekend about my experience on how my starter problem was dealt with for my boat . Unfortunately it never was handled at all even after I personally went in to talk to the manager. I went in again after a couple of weeks of non returned phone calls. He told me it would be taken care of but never was. I had a starter installed by a certified marine mechanic at the local marina. The starter cracked in half on my third use. They didn't even replace the starter they sold, refund my money or even give me an in store credit. Hey must have really needed the $280.00
