It's rare to find a company that stands out from the crowd. Today, poor service seems to be the norm. Dock Industries is an excellent exception! My order was shipped within 24 hours and arrived the next day. I ordered a wheel set and am very happy with the the quality and pricing. The box arrived with a pen and notepad as a bonus along with everything I needed and instructions. I'm impressed and will definitely be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend.

The best customer service I've ever dealt with!!! I did not know much about docks, so I had a lot of questions. Isabelle was so professional, patient and knowledgeable. Her answers and suggestions were prompt (usually it would take her less than 4-5 min to reply). She even offered to design custom pontoon dock based on my requests/desires. Price was really good. Delivery professional and on time. Thank you Dock Industries!!!

I placed an order for dock floats to be delivered to my home. The order was lost by the shipper and Melany at Dock Industries was a lot of help making sure that a new order was sent rush and right away. The floats are now installed on my dock and in the water. We needed some floats to replace the styrofoam in our dock and their service was superb. Isabelle got us a great shipping rate and followed up on the shipping as part of the order was misplaced by the shipper.Great service and support. I ordered an 8'x8' swim raft kit and a couple of 9005STD-ALL wheel kits from Dock Industries. Pricing was great, and Isabelle the customer service rep was a pleasure to deal with -- very responsive and provided good info to help me make my decision. Shipping to Toronto was smooth and everything arrived on time and without issue.
