BC PRO TOWING

The white ford f150 with chrome wheels has came to the apartment that we live in a few times and park on the lawn beside the garbage bin and illegaly throw there garbage in there.. a few people have this on camera.

Careful when using this company. They have inexperienced operators who have been known to improperly tow vehicles, which have caused $1000s in damage to transmissions due to not disconnecting the driveshaft. In fact a recent Civil Resolutions Tribunal awarded one of BC PRO TOWING's customers $5,223.51 in damages sustained from this recently.

We use this service for our company on the regular. They are very fast efficient, good communication and fair prices. They are very polite well, mannered. I recommend this company for everyone.

Quick and affordable service with a smile. I was stuck when my car broke down on me on Highway 1 in Surrey, the same to the rescue in no time and had my car towed to my mechanic with no hustle.Thank you!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Driver refused to give me invoice for my payment. When I went to the business location, it does not exist. Owner was aggressive, threatening, and using profanities on the phone. The owner refused to supply me a receipt, the owner claimed it was my fault for not getting one.

These guys throw stuff into garbage cans at my building and this is not the first time. It is recognized by other tenants today also.. it is recorded I believe

Quick response. They had a flat bed come out to tow me from Vancouver to Langley. Driver provided great customer service as did the gentleman on the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

My Escalade had battery/Alternator issues and these guys came prepared and were extremely friendly and helpful I really recommend them !!!Very happy with the service

They arrived quickly when I requested a tow and the interaction was pleasant and somewhat easy. They then called me and requested payment before releasing my vehicle and said they would give me an invoice, but I never received it. I've been calling and emailing the company for weeks requesting an invoice to no avail. When I call he doesn't ask for my email but insists it will be sent to me and tries to end the phonecall as quickly as possible. Super sketchy, wouldn't recommend using this company.Edit: these guys stole items out of my vehicle including phone charging cables and my bear spray. Don’t trust them! ICBC does not recommend them for good reason.

my 2021 hybrid sienna battery is dead yesterday. I called bc pro towing and they came to help jump start the car first, but it did not work, then they called tow truck to tow my car to the Toyota dealer. They charged me for both jump start and towing fee. On the next day, Toyota dealer completed inspection and confirmed battery is dead and need to be replaced with no cost under warranty, but at same time the technician found the computer is damaged due to the improper jump start operation. Toyota can not cover the cost to replace computer. I called bc pro towing and they refused to pay for the cost for computer repair, although Toyato technical report shows it is damaged by improper jump start. I end up to have to pay the computer repair cost from my own pocket. So in the end I paid bc pro towing to do the jump start, and also have to pay Toyota to fix the computer problem caused by jump start error made by towing company. What a bad experience to me. I will never use this company any more
