We went to this location for my sons Grade 8 Graduation we had a wonderful experience with Carol she's the best! Carol helped us pick out everything it was our first experience with Prom attire! She's so exceptional that it was the only place and sales person I would trust to visit again for his grade 12 Prom! We went to Moores and we were in a rush. Sara was a big help! She was patient, she helped us pick a suit and other items for my husband. The service was very quick! There is a seamstress on the spot who can do quick alterations and Sara also steamed all the shirts since my husband needed them the same day. There is a variety of styles and colors to pick from. I highly recommend this place.

Moores Clothing for Men
I went here a couple of weeks ago. I came here to get an all purpose suit, and was helped by Richard. I was not looking forward to the process and had been putting this off for a while. Anyway, I told him what I wanted and he helped us quickly and made the experience about as painless as I can imagine. I think we were in and out in 20 minutes. And not only that, we shared some laughs along the way. So I left not only with a suit, but also with a new friend. Well not really, but I can imagine a world where I am indeed friends with Richard.

My fiancé had his suit custom made through Moores, starting first at the Billy Bishop location and then completing the alterations at the Ajax location. The representative we dealt with throughout was Luka. Luka goes absolutely above and beyond. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and just makes the entire experience fun, handling any glitches along the way with grace and aplomb. Once we met him we knew were in excellent hands with him and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Moores is very lucky to have an employee like him (good people are hard to find).

My partner and I went to many different places to look into our options for wedding suits. When we came to moores, our customer service representative was Richard. Richard exceeded all of our expectations. He provided all the necessary information and options so that we could make an informed decision. He took his time and was patient as I explored different options and never displayed any frustration when we asked many questions. He brought 3 ties, different shoes, and suit jackets to ask my preference and was efficient in doing so. Overall, he is a very pleasant, understanding, and attentive person and we would highly recommend him at Moores (Ajax).

I have always enjoyed shopping at Moores store and this location is no exception. You can get some real deals on men's clothing when they have their sales. I love their new idea of putting your favorite hockey team on the inside lining of your suit. Keep up the great work.

Shopped in the store on Momday May 29, 2023, along with my son to purchase a suit for myself for his upcoming wedding. Our associate was Richard who made the entire experience seamless, offering up several options with clear price points and descriptions.
