They usually return calls in a timely manner and both workers that I have spoken with were very nice.

Day 28 after submitting my claim, they finally called to let me know due to their procedures, they required one additional signature. I was repeatedly refused any contact information, instead told to use my (non functional) internet reporting. Shockingly, it didn't work. Now I'm being told my only option is to wait an additional 4-10 days (expected, the call I received on day 28 was expected" on days 3-5) for a new code to be sent
