I decided to get coaching to make my life happier and to improve my personal relationships. I was tired of being a victim of domestic abuse. It severely affected my personal life causing me extreme anxiety and depression. I decided to reach out to jenna after a particularly bad altercation. She helped me understand how to be accountable for my self worth and how to change my thinking positively and successfully. It has made my life so much better to the degree of changing my perceptions of others to a more positive outlook. Also to trust my inner compass, that the answers are within me if I just sit and listen. I can do a lot of things after coaching which I couldn’t do before such as, how to use my positive energy to overcome any stress through meditation and some relaxation techniques that Jenna has taught me. Most importantly I am comfortable with who I am and where I am now in my life. I am genuinely a happier person because of life coaching I received with Jenna.

Jenna is a skilled coach and a dynamite human being. She has a gift and can help those who truly want to transform and have the courage to do the work. Her guidance has been invaluable.

What a delight it has been working with Jenna. I've had so many breakthroughs from our coaching sessions and was able to get past some blockers that were stopping me from doing things I wanted to do.
