Dr Liang is delightful, caring, and professional. In fact, the entire office and support staff are very nice and helpful. I genuinely feel like everyone there made my root canal feel about as pleasant as you can make a root canal. Most importantly, I went from being in perpetual, agonizing, excruciating pain, to feeling completely normal the day after the procedure. 10/10 would let Dr Liang back in my mouth if it ever tries to kill me again.

Spent around 30 minutes at the clinic and was charged $440.Liang started with a 'why you are here' question. Weird.Then xray (two teeth, one on each side), even though all the necessary images had been forwarded by the family dentist, I'd assume.Beyond that, I was asked to take a 360-degree CT scan" for a "better detailed image" at the cost of $150-175.After the "CT scan"

Been suffering for 5 days when I went to my regular dentist and was sent to Dr. Liang for further investigation. He saw that I was in pain... he made time despite having a booked schedule. He performed the root canal explaining the whole time. I work in the health industry and was surprised when he called me the next day to follow up. Really appreciate what he did provided awesome service; --diligently and mindfully!!!

The team in the clinic are wonderful people. I was late to my appointment driving anxiously, I calmed down when they called me and I explained the situation they said “”doesn’t matter what time you arrive the most important is your safety””. Also when I arrived at the clinic, I got very warm welcoming from Dr. Liang and everyone in the receptionist area with a nice smile on their faces. I had a couple of procedure at this clinic. Dr. Liang explained what the process was before and during the procedure in gentle and easy to understand way. All of the staff there whom I dealt with were very helpful. I can recommend this clinic and Dr. Lianng highly.

I was here for a root canal concerns and paid about $500 for a single visit. I had to do two different xrays to examine one single teeth. My dentist had already sent an xray but they said they want to do their own x-ray so that they would get a better image, then they did another I believe it is called CT scan. I have two extended plan but only 60% of visit and images were covered as this clinic's rate seem higher than the standard price. The orthodontist explained the process well for root canal and possible extraction and receptionist was quite organized. I got root canal apt date in two months (busy clinic I guess) and got an estimate of about $1800 for one singe teeth. Just two weeks before the apt I checked the market price and realized that Radix fees are almost double for root canal. I booked an apt at Pacific Oral health society and they will not charge me anything on top what my insurance will pay and not a very long wait list. So glad that I switched the procedure to Pacific.

This is an awesome team of professionals! I was very nervous about my procedure but Dr. Liang explained the entire process step-by-step and that really comforted me. They are very caring and transparent, the entire procedure was painless, and it was a very welcoming environment. Dental procedures always freak me out but this was the best experience I ever had. Highly recommend this place!!

I am very happy with the service I received from the people of Radix especially Sophie and Dr. Liang. Sophie provided all the details I needed to know and have for my insurance claim. Dr. Liang was very thorough explaining the scope of dental procedure needing to be done. He also provided 3 options with PROS and CONS of each. During the procedure, he was explaining every step he's about to do and what the feeling might be like. The recurring throbbing pain I've been experiencing prior was gone after Dr. Liang's exhaustive and comprehensive work. Very, very professional!
