Swiss Chalet
Haven't been to Swiss Chalet for a while now. We decided to have dinner and all four of us ordered the quarter chicken dinner with sidings. It is still as good as I remember the rotisserie chicken, soft, moist, tender, well seasoned paired with the signature chalet dipping sauce, served with a bun and choice of sidings either french fries, garlic green beans, mixed greens, mashed potato, oven baked potato or rice. Price is reasonable.

Our experience was not the greatest due to lack of service staff, and the 1/4 chicken was over cooked and so were the ribs.Our waitress was serving the whole restaurant on her own. We do not blame the waitress at all!! She did an amazing job on her own, and she needs to be recognized for this!!The quality of our meal was given a low rating due to our 1/4 chicken and rib combo being overcooked and dry.The presentation of the food was good.

We ate here for lunch today and customer service from our server, Cheryl was amazing. We we’re greeted and sat right away. We received our food promptly. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and clean. We brought our toddler with us and Cheryl made sure that he got everything he needed to be comfortable especially giving him a treat from the treasure chest before leaving. Definitely would come back and highly recommend this Swiss chalet location make sure to ask for Cheryl as your server.

Forget about the concept of first come first served here. There were about a total of 5 patrons in the entire restaurant on a Saturday evening which is telling you something already.I was the only one in the restaurant making a takeout order the following 3 people who subsequently arrived and ordered all got served before me - and i had only ordered a single dinner.The black grime (or was it mould) on the floor and walls was evidence of not being cleaned on a long while. But the large stains on the floor where patrons wait for their takeout was most curious - not sure if it was a pot of marinara sauce that had spilled or perhaps the blood of a previous patron that perhaps needed to remain untouched as evidence for a future forensic analysis.I feel like even McDonald’s and Wendy’s takes more pride in their appearance and customer service than this former family favourite restaurant.

Wanted to express deep appreciation to Sarah and Sabrina at the 5487 Dundas St W Etobicoke Swiss Chalet. They helped to make a LARGE group celebration extra special. Their service was excellent. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our entire group of 32 had a great time. Thank you Sabrina & Sarah for your efforts. Everyone had fun and thank you so much. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a delightful dine in experience! our waitress Hongya was very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home and checking to make sure wecwere happy with all the items ordered.When one of our drinks was not what we expected she quickly addressed the issue and happily remade it. 10/10 would return!!!

I’ve been here a couple times. Atmosphere is clean. Service is great. Can for lunch and my server was name Cheryl.. she was very accommodating and patient while I had two kids with me. Food was great and fresh . Kudos to the cooks in the back. Overall this Swiss chalet is all around 5 stars.. keep up the good work.
