Walked into the shop with zero expectations, but was immensely impressed by the quality and attentiveness of service I received.PJ and Herman at the Langford location were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. PJ was able to help me out with building out a custom package for a home audio system.I'll definitely be back, and am so happy I popped in and discovered that rad local business.

i bought speakers for my car and got my sub wired up and the service was amazing. PJ and the tech were both extremely helpful and went the extra mile for me as i don’t know anything about that kind of stuff:)

I was referred to Andre’s by a friend because they had the MEATER+ on sale. I had no idea this place existed before as they’re not really in my neck of the woods. The guys working there today were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It looks like I will be back there again soon for a new Traeger Ironwood 885 for this years grilling season!

I purchased a Google 7 pro from Brady and Justin and they were excellent in their knowledge and in the phone setup. They have great products and a beautiful store on Langford Parkway. Well worth considering for appliances, TV, stereo and phones.

Andre's Langford customer service is excellent: the manager is always in your corner, listen's well, and takes appropriate and persistent action. We strongly recommend Andre's for quality and customer service.

I got the dash cam and remote starter done ! Justin took the time to explain the whole process and got it done ! He followed up with me many times regarding the appointment and functions and offered assurance in case anything I need help with to call anytime ! It was the excellent service I got and he took his time to make sure everything is good !

I was directed to shop at Andre's by a staffer at another electronic who told me she just bought her auto sound system there.I have yet to have an experience or a conversation before with any sales person. In short they were going to give me a sizable discount on an item. I found it even cheaper still on Amazon. That being said I was happy to pay their discounted price just to have it now and buy local...PJ... the sales guy woukd not let me buy it at their price and offered me the Amazon price. I said it was ok, and was good with their price.. he still said no... I was going to get the Amazon price. I asked him to meet me half way and I split the second discount.... he still said no. He was set on giving me the lowest price possible.I thought for a local electronics company to take care of customers in that manner was above and beyond.Way to set an example guts. You get all my business, 5 STARS ....
