If anybody looking for freedom mobile plans, visit any other store in westwood mall and they will be happy to assist you ( reccomended by one of the employee of this location)GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, impatient CSR . Asked for a plan without phone , they said they do not have any unless you want a phone too.Being ingorant and advised me to leave and go to other place for better assistance, we do not have the plan you're looking for. I kept standing there and there were 2 CSR, completely ignoring me and talking to each other.Completely disrepectful. They just trying to hook you up with the thing they want so they can make better money and if you visited the site and had some knowledge before coming to this garbage booth, they won't assist you.

This location always think about money and their commissions. They tried to sell phones and services only on which associates r getting commissions. Customer service is nothing in front of earning little extra money. They totally forgot that this telecommunication business runs on word to mouth marketing concept not on thinking to earn extra money by offering unnecessary services and not thinking abt customer benefit.

Worst place of getting any mobile connection service.. a girl there was so ignorant about plans and deals and on asking about the best deals,her reply was so casual, read flyers or check website. Like y the dealer open this store if we have to check everything online n through flyers

Today I’ve visited the store in a morning there was girl I don’t remember the name it was around 11:45 am ,she provided extremely poor customer service .I requested to enquire about the plans she said it’s available on site , I said if you want to tell me now it’s more easy for me to understand. I was in rush to purchase mobile .However she wrote one plan with anger on page and gave it to me and I left the store without asking anything.I don’t want to complaint me be she is new ,give her training how to behave professionally.

I would like to write review about our experience in freedom mobile in Westwood mall. Especially about Mandeep who works there and she helped us to buy iPhone 14 pro. She was very kind and explained clearly and cleared our doubts patiently … we tried many shops , all said it takes to deliver 2-3 weeks but from freedom we received on the spot. The process was smooth. Thanks to Mandeep. All the best…

If possible I would have gone for a negative star. Unprofessional staff and were unaware about their services.AVOID this location if you are looking to get good and professional service

I visited this location to get a prepaid line for my mother and get a top up for myself, they said we do not have this service available and just have postpaid plans.What kind of store is this? They do not have facilities for cx holding prepaid lines. This is the only store we have close to my house and now they aren't assisting anymore.I wonder if they only wanted to assist postpaid new plans so they can make commissions as I went to another location at Bramlea city centre and they took 10 mins to assist for everything.Disappointed

Worst customer service, two girls were sitting there and talking with each other didn’t even acknowledged us, they doesn’t care if someone waiting for them to get served, there chitchat is more important than customers. I’m using freedom since 4-5 years went to different store but didn’t get this kind of service. It was ridiculous

Just ignorance, when a staff member talk to who ever, ( witch us fine ), but it's so loud that the staff member waiting in can't HEAR ME!!!!Four time I had to repeat my phone number and she still got it wrong caus of the noise....More interested in making sure everyone hears them rather than letting the customer do their business..and a special thanks to the koodo girl, for starting the loud conversation.. but bottome line is my fault for doing business in this area, and being white.,.,.

Worst customer service ever. Girl who’s sitting there on Sunday afternoon doesn’t have any manners how to greet and talk to their customers. And zero knowledgeWhat a cheap attitude she has.
