Wish I could give zero stars. Absolute worst company to deal with regarding tickets. Just a bunch of scammers, if you want to pay $500 more money for simple economy tickets then make sure you visit this place. Absolute garbage customer service, will not refund your tickets not matter what. My ill father could not make his flight and decided to cancel and they gave him no refund or anything. Theives are what these guys are, the Abbotsford and Surrey Locations are no better.

STAY AWAYFive stars reviews were clearly fake.Do not book your ticket with this company, you will be misguided to end up paying much more.I was told to pay $100 for an extension and when I went to the office on the same evening it became $420, and I had left with no alternatives or options other than paying.Malick is very rude and has a terrible customer service skills.Easily the worst ticketing agent I've ever been through in my 35 years of traveling experiance.I was a long standing customer since 2009.My self family and friends will never ever go to this company again.

After being using these guys for 6yrs today we give up! Worst service I’ve ever experienced in Vancouver from GABA Travels. They are well experienced in doing fraud. They did not provide any vouchers or refund of our cancellation tickets which was $3300. On a verbal communication, our credit was saved into their account for a year and today in six months they are saying it is $0. Overall, they steal our money ($3300). Disgusting people.Never recommending anyone else to go there.

very unprofessional service from Gaba travel...my sister travelled from delhi to vancouver on a ticket bookrd through Gaba travel Surrey...her hotel in mexico (stay /halt) was booked and money was paid to gaba travel for the same...when she reached hotel, the hotel staff that no booking is done by gaba travel (gaba travel have deducted the money for the same) when my sister contacted them they said we dont know about this,,,very unprofessional behaviour....now I am going to sue you( in Jalandhar ludhiana moga and Surrey) in The Airline Dispute Resolution Ombudsman with all the proof...be ready for the consequences...so that in the future no traveller should be harassed...and soon online petition will be started against Gaba travel all over...then u will feel the heat...ur ego will be broken soon..

Horrible customer service. Never introduced himself, put me on hold for 10 mins. Came back and didn’t even spend 5 minutes giving me options. Very arrogant and suggested me to go online and book. Would give 0 if I could

STAY AWAY!!Staff are very rude especially Mallick and Ashwini. They both give zero respect to customers. Actually, We had our credit locked with them during pandemic. They did not let us use this credit to book tickets and prompted me to cancel tickets. They cheated us by taking the cancellation fee and not cancelling the tickets. They sold our tickets to others using one time exchange facility given to us by Airlines. This was not exposed until I fought legally against them. Later they came to a settlement and gave me majority portion. I still lost some money. WORST travel agency ever. BE AWARE.

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!

The customer service is worst. I called them to buy tickets. When I talk to Raada he had no idea how to talk to customer. I bought my ticket from someone else. I would give them zero instead 1 because they don't even deserve 1 star.
