Very friendly, on time and very quick. They get the job done at a reasonable price if not the best. Definetly recommend Keenan.

A Big thank you to the staff and Steve for your professional help. Your response was quick and professionally handled at the time of morning when our furnace went out. I will recommend your company to any that are in need of a service as your's.

Woke up one morning with no heat and our little guy was getting chilly. I called Keenan because in the yellow page app they had two great reviews. Well consider this their third, because within about 5 mins of calling the main office, I was contacted by Steve the owner who was at our house within two hours of the initial call. Since this was an emergency I wasn't too critical about timing but that was pretty fast. Steve talked me through the issue, and pointed out some things to keep in mind for the future. Fast, friendly service and solved our issue at a reasonable price. Will definitely be calling them in the future for service or replacement as needed.

High quality service from a knowledgeable professional. Steve is the best. He seemed so comfortable while exacting repairs which instilled much confidence in the work being done. He was very informative and pointed out things that I am glad to now know and as a homeowner probably should have known. Patient and prompt. My furnace went out around 7pm one night and Steve was here within the hour. Could not be more grateful. Keenan is my go to for any future needs. Local company too. The best!

Woke up New Years morning (Jan 1st) with a temperature of 51 Fahrenheit in the house. We could not get our furnace going and we were very worried since it was cold outside. I called Steve and he was at our hour within 35 minutes and our furnace was fixed and running within an hour and a half of my first call. Even though it was a holiday and it was early in the morning, he was very reasonable with prices and his service was excellent. I plan on getting the yearly inspection of my furnace and water heater by this company and I would recommend their services to everyone! I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer.

We have used Kennan Sheet Metal twice to repair our AC and will continue to use them in the future. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and came same day. Excellent service and the nicest man.

When Keating installed the condensation lines on my grandmother’s furnace & A/C, the condensation drainage line from the A/C travelled UPHILL at about a 20° angle to where it met the furnace’s drain line. This caused water to flow back into the main air conduit and down through the inner components and wiring of the Furnace. Any adult with a basic understanding of gravity should realize water will take the path of least resistance - a “professional” HVAC installer definitely should have known better. This installation was dangerous, lazy, and plain irresponsible.Had I not noticed the water pouring out all over her basement during a recent visit, who knows what would have happened.
